A dream come true, vacation at this exquisite Custom Tuscan-style new villa with all its luxurious amenities it has to offer you. This Villa offers it's guests the best ambience. This house has a beautiful backyard with beach entry swimming pool, (Salt water system with no chlorine). (Portable pool fence), The backyard boasts a pool/spa with waterfall (plus fabulous sport court with Lakers logo). large grassy play area. Great barbeque area, with all amenities for your outdoor cooking. Huge gazebo with tables and chairs for eating and entertaining outside.. Beautiful landscaping throughout the villa. Our kitchen has a fabulous island and has everything you need to cook you will feel like you are a chef in a gorgeous kitchen. All stainless steel appliances are (Viking brand). Double wrought-iron & glass doors open to an elegant 2-story entry with grand staircase & 2nd floor balcony. The 2-story formal living room with fireplace flows to the family room with built -in entertainment center & French doors -- the eat-in & walk-in pantry -- leading to the banquet-size formal dining room. 2 bedrooms and an office & laundry room complete the main level. Upstairs are 4 in suite family bedrooms, a home theater & a huge master bedroom with fireplace, two covered terraces, 2 walk-in closets, a sitting area plus a lavish master bathroom with spa tub. Quality finishes abound -- hardwood & limestone flooring, Venetian Plaster walls, crown moldings, high ceilings The long circular driveway (with 2 gates) can accommodate 8-10 cars.
Area Information
Our villa is a 20 minute drive to world famous Hollywood and the Chinese Mann Theater, Beverly Hills and all it's shops is a 25 minute drive and Kids activities such as.. Universal Studios Hollywood is a 15 minute drive.. Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm is a 45 minute drive and Magic Mountain and Hurricane Harbor Water park is a 30 minute drive.. World famous Malibu Beach, Santa Monica, and Venice Beaches are all about a 30 minute drive and the famous Marina Del Rey as well.. For your dining experience, we are just a five minute drive to ventura blvd, where there are lots of great resturants, Cafes, movie theater and lots of yogart and ice cream places. Yes, we are located near a starbucks.. Our Markets are all about a 5-10 minute drive and we have Whole Foods Organic Market, Gelsons, (it's specialty market), and a very big Ralphs all within minutes of each other.
