Description of the Los Ayala vacation condo rental
The condo is located in a gated beachfront community. With an ocean view, a fully equipped kitchen, double bed, the patio is huge, sleeps 2, private shower/ bathroom, cable t.v (if you ever find time to watch it!) and wireless internet signal. The view and the beach is spectacular, along with amazing marine life only minutes away.
Wake up to a refreshing dip in our large pool, largest on the beach, swim a few laps, then head down the beach for a delicious breakfast.
There are dozens of beach cafe's, with amazing food, and cheap! Or 5 minutes away are larger towns, with dozens upon dozens of restaurants and nightlife if you are interested.
You can either pay for accommodations at the condo office, or through myself in Saskatoon. 20% down when booking, and non refundable if canceling within 2 weeks. (however, if I can rebook it, you will receive your entire deposit back)
Its best to bring pesos in this area, although they accept US dollars.
We can make plans to have someone pick you up at the airport (cost $800.00 peso from airport - paid to Taxi driver)

Perfect!

Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us. The pictures accurately describe the location and we were very pleased with our stay. The onsite caretaker take very good care of the place and it is clean and they are very helpful. We felt safe here and in this little town. We found we could do as little or as much as we wanted in the town. We loved the pool and enjoyed the beach. We would recommend this place again and would definitely stay again Thank you for making our 25th anniversary just that much more special!

Relaxing

We spent one week at Villas Marena and had a great time. It is a verry small fishing town, so very quiet, We met some very nice pepole all from Canada. Larger town just a walking distance away. They only accept pesos for curency in the town, There is a ATM machine right in town so not a problem. If you are looking for a real Mexican vacation this is the place to go. There is fishing available for very reasonable price. I'm sure there is alot more to do we just found we ran out of time could have stayed longer. The resort is very clean and well kept. We felt very safe there and talking to others who own or are repeat renters they all had nothing but good to say. We will definatly return there as we liked it so much we purched our own condo.

Comforts of home with a Mexican Flair

We were very pleased with this condo. It had all the comforts of home yet had a very Mexican feel to it. It was in a well kept condo building and the owner was very helpful and was responsive to any questions we had. The only down side of our experience was that the beach at Los Ayala was extremely busy and crowded during Holy Week and on weekends when many bus loads of people came to this small village. However at those times we were able to retreat to the beautiful pool area of our condo complex.

I have always stayed in all inclusive until I had the chance to go with my daughter and niece to this area and it won't be my last. friendly people are ready to help with everything! this complex is so clean and very well maintained .shopping and markets are just a hop away,ocean is your backyard and to boot fresh fish and fruit in the morning to buy! looking forward to my next visit..great place!

The studio condo was perfect!! The balcony with rope accent lights and an excellent gas BBQ was the perfect place for a good read & game of cards and then a romantic dinner. The accomadations were very comfortable. Los ayala is a wonderful hidaway with all of the mexican charm. The beach is one of the best we've been too in 15 years.......Yes, we shall return!!!! Villas Marena is a very impressive little condo.
When I first saw it, all I could think was âWow! Nice!â
Villas Marena is situated right on the ocean with a great mountain view in the back.
This condo is beautifully kept, very clean and definitely stands out.
The grounds are gated for your added security.
Has a huge community patio with tables and chairs with a fantastic view of the ocean.
Also have a number of great loungers around the pool area.
This studio has all that you would need to enjoy a stress free vacation. Situated on the 3rd floor, this corner studio sports a good size balcony which boasts a beautiful ocean view on the one side and mountains on the other. Nice size kitchen with a full size fridge. Also included in your stay there is laundry facility right outside your door and an onsite maid service which is available for hire.
This little fishing village has all amenities within walking distance.
If you need more, a fifteen minute walk or a 25 pesos taxi ride will bring you to Guayabitos (the neighboring town) for more great restaurants and shops. Visit the huge outdoor market which is held once a week in La Penita for 35 pesos.
Whether you eat out or cook you own meals, it is very budget-friendly. So go and let yourself be seduced by the Mexican charm of the shops and people.
This place is so good we rebooked it for next year. Enjoy.
