Description of the Los Ayala vacation condo rental
Casa Erica – Luxurious 2 bedroom beach front condo perfectly located a few steps distance from lounging pool side or on the beautiful beach. The beach offers soft sands along with golden specs which sparkle under the sun. Ideal for leisurely strolls or a walk to the fresh seafood market a few minutes walk along the beach. The bay is perfect for swimming, with soft sand and no rocks, unlike some other beaches closer to Puerto Vallarta.
The property is perfectly situated in front of the beach and within short walking distance from restaurants and local shops. The condo complex of Villas Marena has 14 units, and is largely occupied by retired Canadians. It is friendly, safe, and quiet. It as ideal for families. The pool also has a shallow wading pool for children.
The condo is a walk out unit, featuring large private balcony which over looks the beautiful beach embracing traditional Mexican and colorful décor. All bedrooms are highly decorated and well appointed along with furnished double beddings – Mexican wood dresser and mirrors, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Guests will fall asleep while listening to the pleasant sounds of waves. Living area is breezy, delightfully furnished along with direct view of ocean.
There is also wifi, and satelite TV in the condo.

Fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves each night and awaken to a beautiful sunrise over the Sierra Vallejo mountains each morning. Erica's two bedroom oceanview suite is suited for short and longer term vacation rentals and located in the quaint Mexican beach town of Los Ayala. Los Ayala is located in Jaltemba Bay, Mexico.
Los Ayala is a very small town and very peaceful, especially at night. If you are looking for a quiet location with a great touch of Mexican authenticity you'll find it in Los Ayala.
Los Ayala is approx 60km north of Puerto Vallarta. It is accessible by taxi from the Puerto Vallarta airport for about 900 pesos ($80).
Nearby towns of Guayabitos and La Penita are a short distance from Los Ayala and offer more shopping and restaurants. The on site reception office can call you a taxi ($5) or tell you where to catch the local "bus", which is actually a van to Guayabitos.

A:A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation. Deposits can be made via email bank transfer or certified cheque or bank draft sent directly to owner.

A:There is an onsite reservation office, where property managers also reside. They will be aware of your arrival, and will issue a key for the condo upon arrival.
Q:How far is the nearest grocery store?
A:There are many small grocery stores, as well as some larger ones, all within just a few minutes walk from the condo.
Q:Is it safe/quiet?
A:Yes, Los Ayala is a small town, and is quiet and safe. Bear in mind, this is still a foreign country, and individuals should still take safety precuations such as locking doors and not leaving valuables in view of passerbys.
