Description of the Los Ayala vacation condo rental
Large one bedroom executive condo on the 2nd.floor in the Villas Merana Complex steps from the beach. We have all the comforts of home, comfy king size bed in the separate bedroom divided by beautifull glass doors.Wake up to the beautiful ocean view and the sound of the waves. Patio doors from the bedroom to one deck, full bathroom with large shower in the bedroom. Plenty of closet space, armour as well as computer desk in bedroom, with high speed internet. It boosts a half bath at the entry with large closet for storage. The kitchen is fully equipted with full size fridge/freezer, Bosch gas stove, coffee maker, toaster. blender, microwave comming in Nov. 2013. All of the dishes pots, pans, utensils are all there. The living room has a radio with USB plugs for tunes, T.V. with Shaw Cable from Nov.1 through April 30, Mexican cable May 1 through Oct.31. Deck doors leading out to deck # 2 with Weber gas B B Q coming also in Nov. There are free washer & dryer right across the hall from the unit. The unit also has three ceiling fans, bedroom, living room as well as on the deck. It has a new Air conditioner to keep you cool on those hot days. We have the largest pool in the area to cool down with or walk out the gate and step into the ocean. There are also lounge chairs at the pool plus tables and chairs in common area. Just new this year there is a fire pit as well as horsesho pitts. The complex is gated with 24 hour securitty as well as parking inside the gates. We do NOT ALLOW SMOKING in the condo, but for you smokers we DO ALLOW it on the DECKS.

Los Ayala is a very small fishing village with very friendly people, and safe for tourists. Many Canadians will be found there shopping or just relaxing. You can buy fresh fish on the beach in the morning or you can rent a boat on the beach and go fishing. There are whale watching tours you can take as well as many other outdoor activities. The restaurants in town are very inexpensive with great food. There are a few grocery stores and a pharmacy in town. If you want to see more of the area Guaybitos is walking didtance away or a short cab ride. You could also cab it to La Penita for shopping and night life. The Market is in Guaybitos is on Mondays, La Penita Market is on Thursdays.
