Located in exclusive Neighborhood ( Villas del Tropico) at Los Ayala.

Non-smoking inside the house . But, there is a lot of areas to smok in balconies , decks and around the house.

Only available for Long term rentals from October to March (Winter season : 4 to 6 months )

Area Information

Convinient located , you can get easily all interest points from Vallarta ( 60 minutes away ) to San Blas ( 50 minutes away ).
Just on the middle of "Riviera Nayarit".
You will Love it for ever !!!!!

Mediterranean Delight!

Casa Dulce had spacious bedrooms with modern air conditioners, which was most appreciated by myself and our friends who joined us halfway during our two week stay. The terrace views of los Ayala and the ocean were dreamy. We had rented a car in PV so it was a breeze to go to the beach, market and la penita. OJ our host had a great supply of local literature for day trips. One of which was a visit to Chacala beach most memorable! Being the type of people of privacy with the occasional trip to the beach Casa Dulce was a perfect fit. Lounging about on the terrace with coffee and drinks was delightful. We took many meals there as the kitchen was well appointed to our needs. Will do again! Thanks again felt like the Mediterranean! Jerry y Robin

Fabulous Vacation Rental

Great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with fantastic views of Los Ayala and the Pacific Ocean. Lots of space and light. Great hiking in the hills and beaches. Fantastic Dorada and Shrimp from the restaurants and fish markets. Close enough for day trips to PV, Chacala, etc. O.J. (the owner) is great to deal with. Clara the maid does a great job too. The neighborhood of Villas del Tropico is safe and quiet. The neighbours are all friendly.
