Description of the Los Ayala vacation villa rental

Secure walled private house / garage. Beachfront private home located directly on Mexico Pacific Ocean on the quiet end of the beach. Four bedrooms (1 King and 3 Queens) with 5 bathrooms (three with showers). Large kitchen with dish washer, full size refrigerator and gas stove. Large outdoor gas Barbecue. Eight person dining room table. WiFi internet connection. Satellite TV(english speaking), Stereo and DVD with spacious viewing area. Rooftop Terrace for quiet, private enjoyment of beach. Several separate sitting areas for private conversation or to quietly read a book. Secure parking for one car inside walls, with additional lighted spaces outside. Two sets of bedding, bathroom linens, beach towels and all dishes, pans and kitchen utinsels furnished.Full sized clothes Washer and Dryer.

Area Information

Los Ayala, Nayarit, Mexico is a quiet Mexican Village positioned on latitude 21 (the same latitude as Hawaii).It is right next door to Rincon de Guayabitos and La Pinita. Public bus transportation runs regularly between each throughout the day for 7 pesos (70 cents) per person. Los Ayala has a one mile long sand beach located on Jaltemba Bay. Some days there are "boogie board" waves, otherwise the waves are gently rolling. Sunbathing (privately at your own pool or on the beach), swimming or beach walking to bars, restaurants or internet cafe are most popular. Shopping at nearby Rincon de Guayabitos or La Pinita is also a highpoint. Deep sea fishing for Mahi Mahi(Dorado) with local fishermen is available (great time for entire family to ride along and whale watch, see giant sea turtles, huge stingrays and many dolphins). La Pinita has bus service stops of Pacifico and Primus Bus Systems that connect to Puerto Villarta and throughout Mexico. Site of over 100 ancient 2,000 year petroglyphs is within 10 miles of driving.

We had a wonderful experience in Los Ayala. The house and location was perfect, clean , well cared for, and Carlos the on site manager was very helpful. The house was well supplied. The location was fairly private at the end of the beach even during a Christmas holiday with many vacationing Mexican families. Cell phone reception was a little spotty,but available. We highly recommend.

My family and I were lucky to have stayed at this beautiful home. Gary is absolutly great in responding to meails and so gratefull for giving us the opurtunity to stay in this beautifull retreat. Carlos was amazing, very tranquil environment, the location is perfect, the beach is beautifull, we felt safe and secure and had the best time with our family. my family spent seven nights in this little town. Very quiet very secure. the Caretaker Carlos is a godsent. Clean home. Carlos took care of the property every morning and made sure we were wanting of nothing. Great choice in employee gary. The town was very small and very authentic. you hear the ocean and it's wonderful. Not to loud. I would recomend this place to anyone wanting a little get away from it all. Beaches were heaven spent all my time out in the waves. just steps from the house. a real find in the middle of no where....

This house and the town of Los Ayala were fantastic. A wonderful beach with lots to do in town and nearby. Gary, the owner, was extremely helpful and Carlos, the caretaker, was supper attentive in helping us get situated.

We spent 7 wounderful days in this seaside house. excellent location, friendly courteous service and a beautiful,comfortable house. I loved the town of Los Ayala, the people were friendly and I felt my family was safe to explore the beach and town. My only complaint was that the time went too quickly. We plan to return again
