Situated on a hillside, Casa Tranquila offers a spectacular panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean! This beach house is located in the prestigious "corridor" of Los Cabos, between the famous Palmilla Golf Resort and beautiful Westin Regina Hotel - just five minutes from San Jose del Cabo and 15 minutes from Cabo San Lucas. Our fabulous beach is just a short walk away just below the hill.
Casa Tranquila, built in 1997, is a 4,000 square foot private vacation home situated on a hillside - just steps away from the ocean. The home features five bedrooms and 4.5 baths and comfortably sleeps 11 people. It is equipped with individually zoned air conditioning, a water purification system, satellite TV/VCR/DVD, and a CD stereo system with surround sound. The fabulous vaulted ceilings, tiled floors, and numerous windows yield a superbly bright and open atmosphere.
Casa Tranquila features a two-level outdoor patio with the upper level covered by an enormous Palapa Patio with plenty of room to sit and relax and enjoy the ocean view - or dine at the authentic Mexican-style patio table. The lower level is very secluded with a wonderfully large heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and spacious sunbathing area.
The large sliding glass doors in the living room open up to an enormous Palapa Patio with a panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez and Pacific Ocean. The palapa patio is the ideal place to relax and listen to the sound of crashing waves on the beach below.
