Derby Weekend Stay

I cannot say enough good things about our Derby weekend stay at this 2nd st. townhouse. Monika the manager of the property was professional from start to finish. She replied prompted and effectively to any questions or concerns we had. The property's location is perfect, a quick walk to fourth and live or main street. The interior of property was well kept and provided everything you could want for a short stay (extra towels, kitcheware, extra bedding etc.) Comes with a large two car garage and parking for a 3rd car which was very convenient for us. Everyone on our trip was impressed and we hope to be back next year. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent Accomodations in Louisville!

We had never rented a property in KY before, matter of fact, had never been to KY until this April. Though we lease several properties when we travel in the south, we were not sure what to expect when we pulled into Louisville at 8:00pm. This unit was a gem! It was just as described by Monika and the website. In fact, it was under described! When we arrived, the kitchen had a nice warm dimly lit entry that really highlighted the modern fixtures and granite counters. Well placed pictures and winery utensils made for just the right accents. The living room was also dimly lit, which continued the beautiful art viewing and accented the leather furniture. Opening the large windows in the living room allowed the city lights of Louisville to come in and complete the mood. Nice Touch! The Master bedroom and guest room were perfect, with plenty of room and comfortable king size bedding. Everyone commented on the property, and actually gave me grand reviews, and asked how I knew about this place...I just smiled and said, "I know People." So, thank you Monika for making this trip better than I thought it was going to be! I will definitely recommend this place, and/or your services to my friends and colleges. D.E. Awesome Condo!!!

3 couples shared this condo and it was absolutely perfect for us! The location and price just couldn't be beat. It was very nice to have the amenities of a home (full kitchen, garage, laundry), which we could not have had in a hotel. We loved the floor plan and the way the property was decorated. Very classy. Plus, the owner was super friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Condo was great, with the exception that water leaked through the ceiling one night. Location was great for being downtown. A bit over-priced, but the accomodations were fine. We would have really enjoyed the deck if the weather was better. I would do it again if you wanted to spend the money.

Pros: Great communication and customer service from the owners. There were no surprises and everything was exactly as pictured and described. Internet was simple and easy to use as was the television. Kitchen was well-equipped as well. The location was good and the parking was very convenient. Cons: The bed might be too firm for some and the unit has three levels, so there may be a few too many stairs for some travelers. If I found myself in Louisville on another occasion, I would stay here again!

It was clean and perfect for our short stay. Walking distance to fast food and fine restaurants. Also to Krogers grocery. Garage accommodated our suburban and we felt that the location was in a safe neighborhood. Stayed there for our Family Days visit with our son from Ft. Knox Basic. The lady I dealt with on the phone and through email was so wonderful too.
