KEY WEST only a 25 minutes drive. Bahia Honda (Beach) National Park 10 minutes...local - Looe Key National Marine Santuary for the Best Diving/Snorkling - 5 mile of reef

Near Content Key Reef (Gulf side) - Best Lobstering! Depth 8-15' Good for Novice to experienced snorklers and divers.

VERY CLEAN - Tile floors with open floor plan for entertainment - Stainless Steel Applicances, an extra Refrigerator/Freezer downstairs to store your drinks or bait plus more amenities. Wrap around veranda with porch by the Guest Room, Living & Dining areas. Nice canal views.

50' Concrete dock with fish cleaning station and outdoor shower. Open Canal with easy access to the Gulf and Atlantic - great fishing, lobstering, kayaking and diving.

Boat ramp next to Niles Channel Bridge at the Wharf Restuarant (less than a 5 minute drive)
Boat trailer can be stored on property...Note: empty lot next to us is private property not part of SnowScape.

Area Information

Home is located in a lovely residential neighborhood.

KEY WEST is a quick 25 minute drive south of the home, also near Bahia Honda State Park (10 minutes) and the Famous Key Deer 5 minutes from into Big Pine Key.

Open Canal is swimmable. Nice Mangrove Snappers visable from canal front.

Prices vary with lenght of stay. Monthly rates starts at $3550 (call for more details).

We totally enjoyed the recent vacation in the lower keys and this place was clean, quiet and close to the Bahia Honda state park beach, Key West 25 miles, and the Looe Key National Marine Santuary as described. Nice place to unwind after a busy day, thanks for letting us use it.
