LUBEC, MAINE: Private waterfront cottage on pristine Cobscook Bay: Nicely decorated, clean and well cared for. Full utilities, electric, hot water. Cobscook Bay is one of the only non-developed coastal areas of the United States. See seals and eagles almost daily from the front porch. Dig clams and mussels. A regular passing area of moose and deer as well as an occasional bear. Dozens of islands and inlets to explore by kayak or boat.

Many DOWNEAST local attractions such as the Bay of Fundy, Campobelo Island, several lighthouses, Cheap seafood,lobster, and clams. Fresh and deep sea fishing, swimming, hiking, local restaurants. Great local restaurants. Whale watching. Many freshwater lakes nearby. Can cross over into Canada easily with passport.
