Casa Sissiri. Beautiful ground floor apartment in central Lucca.Easy automobile access. Located in a building of only 4 units.The owners live in same building.The apartment is very bright. It is composed of entrance hall, open plan sitting room and dining room, modern, well-equipped large eat-in kitchen with door leading to garden; one large master bedroom whith its own bathroom and door to balcony looking into the garden,one bedroom with two twin beds. A guest bathroom is in hall way. The apartment is elegantly furnished. Linens are suuplied and will be changed once a week for a cost of ??15 per person per week. Telephone is not available. No pets please. Extra single bed is available. Cost per Week is ??875. 30% deposit is required on booking and balance to be paid one month prior to arrival. Final cleaning to be paid on arrival: ??100 Heating will be paid upon consumption. A security deposit of ??500 is requested and will be returned to guests if there is no breakage or damange to the apartment.
