Located on top of a small hill, set in beautiful unspoiled Tuscan countryside and within walking distance from the charming medieval town of Lucignano, this beautiful, private villa and swimming pool commands amazing views from its terraces and gardens stretching all the way across the Val Di Chiana taking in Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona. The Villa has recently undergone total renovation, furnished in very good classic Tuscan taste and yet offering every modern comfort. Sleeps 12

Villa Ulivi Accomodations:
One enters the house from the terrace into a large open room that has the kitchen and dining room and at the other end a sitting area with fireplace. The kitchen contains a stove, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. Also on this floor are two bedrooms and two Travertine marble bathrooms with heated towel racks. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, both with in-suite bathrooms and one with a lovely balcony.

Area Description

Villa Ulivi is within walking distance from Lucignano, which is a beautiful example of an early medieval town, and boasts several restaurants, banks and shops.

By Car:
Cortona is 15 minutes, Arezzo and Montepulciano are 20 minutes. 45 minutes to Siena, and one hour to Florence.

Although immersed in peace and quiet, the autostrada is just 15 minutes drive, connecting you to all-important tourist destinations and the rest of Europe.
