Beautiful home on 4 house cul de sac. On 10 acre parcel, backs up to Appalachian Trail. 10 minute ride to Okemo
Mountain Resort and downtown Ludlow. Contemporary home
9 years old, Great Room with fireplace and kitchen with
granite counter tops, double ovens and all necessary
appliances. Half bath and large mud room. Downstairs-
Master bedroom and bath, bedroom with queen bed and single
bed, third bedroom is a bunk room - one set of bunk beds,
one double bed and one single bed. Additional family room
on this level with TV and ping pong table and laundry room.
Decks off two front bedrooms with gurgling brook on the
side. Hot tub on upstairs deck with outside dining
table and rockers on front deck. Agreat place to relax
with family and friends.
