The real deal, this post and beam 1960s-era cabin was built from a salvaged barn. If you're looking for a rustic camp on a lake with a gorgeous view of rolling Vermont hills, a relaxing porch overlooking pristine Neal Pond, your own swimming beach, the experience of falling asleep to the soulful call of the loons, then waking up to a view of the misty, calm lake outside the loft windows look no further because this beloved family camp is now being offered for rent. Open kitchen/dining/living room, bathroom, bedroom downstairs, loft with one twin and four double beds. TV with VCR, DVD and Dish. Kayak and canoe are available for use. Wood stove for cool nights. Grill and picnic table. Kitchen is equipped, bedding is provided. Clean spring water flows to the tap. What else do you need? Bring a book, the porch is the best place to read and nap.

Area Information

Lunenburg is on Rt 2 and Neal Pond is a short drive from town center. The drive up to the lake offers beautiful scenery in itself and Lake Road winds along the northeast quadrant of the pond. Camp is near the northern edge of the White Mountains and southern edge of the Great North Woods of NH. Recreation choices are endless, from Santa's Village to hiking, fishing, kayaking and more.
