Beachfront Apartment with Balcony (#19300)

Write a review Juan Carlos did a great job with the apartment - very clean and perfect location for exploring Puerto Rico. I would definitely stay here instead of San Juan - it is well worth it!!! A+ experience - great memories - great vacation place. Nice and comfortable apartment equipped with all amenities. Close to restaurants and shopping centers. Beautiful beach with emerald green water just across the street. Just perfect. The only down side is that on weekends traffic is horrific. It was a very nice place. Close to stores,restaurants. The beaches were awesome and so was security. We rented a car (which I recommend) to do a little sightseeing but enjoyed the beautiful beach that was right in front of the apartment. This was an excellent place to stay. I only have positive things to say. The apartment was really nice and fully loaded, didn't miss one single thing. The location was the best. The owner was very flexible, reliable and punctual. Had absolutely no problems at all. It was a great apt and experience. This lovely apt had all the basic amenities and a beautiful location just feet away from the ocean. Would recommend it highly. My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 9 nights. We loved it. Bonuses: the queen sized bed was comfortable! The sheets and towels were plentiful and high quality. The owner was responsive and met us at the airport to give us keys and directions. The beach is right there, a stones throw away. The public beach (the most beautiful in Puerto Rico according to all guide books and me!) 1/2 mile away. I have to say that Mr. Rodriguez was a pleasure to work with and that made it best of all. This is a pure gold find! Email me if you want more details. It was great having a fully furnished, comfortable affordable apartment next to the beach. The apartment was centrally located to the Fajardo ferry to Culebra and Vieques, the rainforest and San Juan. The main beach in Luquillo was beautiful. The apartment did not have A/C in the main living area, which concerned us at first, but a nice ocean breeze and the sound of coqui tree frogs made open windows a plus (The bedroom A/C's were great for comfortable sleeping). The landlord was responsible, honest, punctual and accomodating. I'm sure he'd have been fine if we had chosen to bug him more. The apartment was a short drive to restaurants and a large supermarket. We had a hard time with driving around because of poorly marked streets, and we were saved by our portable car GPS navigator. The security at the apartment was so heavy that we wondered if Luquillo was safe, but we never had a problem when we were out at stores or restaurants. Great food & people, (so-so beer) Great vacation! Lovely little apartment right on beautiful Luquillo beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable, very nicely decorated. Just a tad small for 4 adults, perfect for a family. Quiet neighborhood. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Great seafood restaurant nearby.
