For cancellations these need to be made one week in advance if not a fee of one night stay will be charged. Charges are based on per day and not per night stay. Rate for week end is 100-135/day

Great location. The 15th floor apartment gave us a beautifull view of the beach and the El Yunke mountain. Mrs. Rivera was very helpfull and always in contact with us to answer any questions.

I spend the best 15 days in Puerto Rico with my family. Apartment location was great close to all major highways and malls. Next to the beach, with a expectacular view of the atlantic ocean. Blue clear waters. Access to the beach through the back of the complex. Beach was very clean same as the building and apartment. Gilbert Omar Bonilla was very courteous and accesible via phone if any problems. There were no problems. Security was excelent. Very quiet location. I was able to rest and enjoyed the beach and the pool. I will recomend this location to any of my friends and family. Definetly on my next trip I will call Omar. You get the best of the two worlds at this location.

The condo was very comfortable and very close to many attractions. The view of the beach was great. The owner of the condo was very helpful in providing information about the island. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a good time in puerto rico.

We stayed from 27JUl-08AUG 08. The apt is equipped with all the necessary to facilitate your trip. Across the street you will find a supermarket:Amigo where you can buy whatever you need at affordable prices. The owners are amicable well and attentive to help you in your vacation(describing you the interest places and welcome you)and also providing clean towels and bed linens. There is an a/c in the room but to be honest you won't need it because the apt is much a fresh air due to the closeness to the beach that easily you can sleep like us (3-5 days)in the balcony pleasantly without problems. The security is excellent and amicable that we didn't have any problem with our rental car, so the $20 monthly fee that we paid for parking fee was nothing compared with the service. In General, We recommend this apartment to anybody that is looking for a stress free or relaxing place. We will come back soon(next vacation trip) because the location is excellent.Thanks Lydia Esther for the service
