Description of the Luquillo vacation apartment rental

Our beautiful condo in Luquillo is in a gated complex with a double parking area that is under cover. All the basic needs are here for your use such as: bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, pots & pans, dishes, silverware, sheets, blankets, paper products, etc.

The condo is fully air conditioned but not need with the breeze from the ocean.

Master bedroom is air conditioned with a queen sized bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and air conditioning. The air conditioned living room has a 42" flat screen TV and a Sofa that pulls out to a bed. The fully equipped kitchen will make cooking a snap.

Easily sleeps four people.

Walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, grocery store, ever-popular "Kioskos". El Yunque Rain Forest, horse back riding, zip lining, go carts, and ATV rentals are only a 10 minute drive. The Bioluminescent Bay, ferry to Culebra and Vieques (in Fajardo), golf, and Casino are only 15-20 minutes. San Juan is only 34 miles hosting El Morro and San Cristobal forts, Bacardi Factory, and the old city.

Families are able to pack light for their little ones. Baby accessories are available for a small fee (Pack n Play, high chair, baby walker, stroller, and baby bath tub).

Book this condo and you will have a personal concierge. The concierge can provide all the information for the activities you are interested in, arrange outings, as well as a personal massage at the condo or beach. Catering is also available for breakfast, box lunches, and dinners.

We stayed in this condo for six weeks (Mid March to late April 2012) It was very comfortable. Most importantly, Alana was very helpful in making our stay perfect. She met us us when we arrived, and was there when we left. During our stay she was very helpful arranging for baby stuff for our visiting grand children. We have stayed in Puerto Rico for our winter break from Michigan since 1968, and this condo with Alana's help was our best experience.

Our first time in PR, condo was perfect for us. All the basics needed plus some hand lotion and cheese and crackers. Great central location to go exploring, beaches, restuarants and Kioskos. Did some snorkling, hiking in El Yunque, ferry to Culebra in Fajardo(almost got lost)! Alana was a big help in getting us oriented. Parking and security worked well. Condo was quiet and the breezes strong, no need for AC, we like that. People were friendly, food prices not bad. The beds were very comfortable, condo clean. Easy walk to the beach. That's all we need. We'll return after we've tried other islands!!

We have stayed at this condo twice, in August 07 and June 08. The condo had everything we needed; the balcony was perfect for listening to the coqui frogs in the evenings, and the rooftop jacuzzi was very relaxing (fantastic views - the ocean in one direction, the mountain in the other). We loved being just a block from the beach and a great little restaurant; the fantastic white sand Luquillo Beach was only about a mile away. We visited El Yunque (the mountain/rain forest) each time, and hiked to a great waterfall, stopped at a beautiful lookout, and took in the forest. We took a trip on a boat to amazing snorkeling (my first time - I loved it!). We went out IN THE DARK on kayaks through a mangrove forest to get to the bioluminescent bay - AWESOME! We drove into San Juan to the old city and the fort, as well as to the mall. Great vacation!!

This was our first time in PR, but 3rd time in a vacation rental. This condo had all the basic needs like beach things, basic linens, DVDs and card games for family. For families that would enjoy visiting a beach, hiking in El Yunque, kayaking in Fajardo, and ferries to nearby islands this condo serves as a central location. Being 30-45 minutes away, we could visit the historical forts and many shops in old San Juan. Alana was very helpful right from the time we reached the condo until we checked out. Even some other painters working on the outer walls of the building were courteous to check with us before starting their painting job that we did not have our vehicle parked under their work area.
