It was wonderful to find the perfect condo for our family. The photos that were posted matched exactly to the condo. There were no surprises. We had three generations of family members in one place and every one found a room that felt comfortable to them . I would definitely come back to the same place.

The manager is a wonderful person! Very attentive! She came out to the condo to take care of things every time. I am glad we chose this place. We are living here in PR for now, but our friends came from Spokane, WA, with a 12 year old and a 22 year old. There was something for each to do, when we were not on and about the island. We had some mishaps from the start, but all in all we had a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kids loved the open spaces to kick balls around, the tennis court, and the pool. There were many board games also available to them in the condo. There was no wi-fi so it was difficult for 3 of us to schedule use of the internet, but we managed. The oven wasn't working to cook our Christmas Eve dinner, but luckily we noticed soon enough so we had time to change plans. It was nice to cook on site, and I liked that best, although we did go around to eat Puertorican food. Enjoyed our time here!
A great way to stay in this slice of paradise

We spent the second week of August, 2011, at this townhouse after spending 3 nights at the Fajardo Inn so we can make a direct comparison. If you like independence, privacy, space, convenience, rent this townhouse. Steps to a fabulous beach. A great launching off site for day trips to Old San Juan, the rain forest, even Ponce. A fun neighborhood bar around the corner. Groceries and more restaurants across the road. The kiosks are a 5-minute drive. Fajardo & Luquillo scenes are an easy drive. Fully stocked kitchen makes lazy mornings, picnic packing and late-night snacks a breeze. Laundry facilities a plus. Quiet rooms, beautifully furnished, great sleeping accommodations, highly recommended for fun and relaxation.
Safe, Clean and Convenient!

My family and I stayed in Puerto Rico for a week over Spring Break and had a fantastic time! The condo has all the ameneties we needed and it is literally a half-block from the beach. We just packed a cooler, and off we went. Plus, it is conveniently located near grocery stores, the rain forest, and the outlet mall. While there, I highly recommend visiting the rain forest, and taking snorkeling adventures on the catamarans. The water is clean and clear and offer superb snorkeling around some of the reefs. A stop at the kiosks will provide an opportunity to sample some of the local food. We will definately go back!
Great location & Condo - close enough to everything, far enough from hustle & bustle

We stayed here with another couple for a full week in early April and really enjoyed ourselves. The condo is fantastic - it's well kept, clean, comfortable, and felt very much like "home." It's located in a safe and secure area and is literally 30-40 yards from the ocean, which affords a wonderful breeze and contributed to the overall comfort of the place (we only used the A/C once). Washer & dryer were excellent inclusions; showers were great; bar area was fantastic; porch/sitting area was stellar. Best part of the condo was its location - we were 5 minutes from two great restaurants (Boardriders and Pasta y Pueblo), a short drive from Eryk's Gyros (awesome food), and just 10-15 minutes from Fajardo (great restaurants: La Estacion and Calizo). We took numerous trips back to San Juan, which was only a 35 minute drive (to downtown area, depending upon traffic conditions). Lots of great "support" around the condo as well (Walgreens, Amigo, gas stations, and even a Subway restaurant). We all agreed this was a fantastic location from which to establish "base" - nothing was more than 30-45 minutes away. Check-in/Check-out was flawless and smooth as well. As others have mentioned, the public beach is located about 2 minutes (by car) away from the condo and is a true gem: pristine, good shade, excellent swimming, and clean. Kudos!! We'd visit again!

Stayed 1/1/10 with family. Condo was very clean! Was so nice to have a washer and dryer. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bar was nice to sit at the end of day to wind down and of course, has a blender! The screened in porch catches the breezes & is perfect for morning coffee. We rented a car and drove to many different parts of the island. In my opinion, the nicest beach of the whole trip is a short walk out your front door! Hardly any people and gorgeous sand! The kioskos is a must stop and so close! Out of the congestion of San Juan - If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay that has everything you need - this is the place!!!! My 18 yr old daughter has asked many times - when can we go back & just hang out at the condo and beach. Nice condo, comfy beds, great location!!! Close to many cool places.....if you need a tour guide...let me know...would love to go back!!!!

Vacationed over Thanksgiving and the weather was great. Took our Garmin with us which really helped finding attractions.Visited the Rain Forest twice and it is wise to go early in the day as it gets fairly busy after lunch. The condo gave us everything we needed with plenty of food options close by.Kids went scuba diving at near by resort. Just a thirty yard walk to the Ocean with very nice beach Locals are very friendly and helpful with any questions we had.
