This serene setting in southern Maine has everything for the vacationer. On spring fed Swan Pond with crystal clear water, a remodeled cottage fully applianced with carpeting and ceramic tile floors. Two bedrooms with one bath, accommodates 4 individuals. Front deck is only 8 feet from water's edge. Sandy bottom with very gradual downgrade make it perfect for small children. Swimming, boating and fishing are ideal. Beautiful sun rises and sets with sounds of a loon family enriching your back to nature experience. Set in a quite cove with little boat traffic, you will long remember your restful and fulfilling Maine vacation experience. Just 45 minutes south of Portland, Maine and 90 minutes North of Boston. Just ten miles to Kennebunkport and the gorgeous Maine seacoast. 35 minutes from Fun Town & Splashtown (amusement parks). 2 hours from the NH White Mountains, Mt Washington and 1 hour from LL Beans in Freeport.
