Lakefront Home Close to Southern Maine Beaches!

This fully equipped 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath home is located on Crystal Clean and Clear Swan Pond which is a spring fed lake only 20 minutes to the beaches of Southern Maine. Relax on the nice front yard, enjoy the Kayaks,Paddle boat, or the aluminum fishing boat (no motor) that we provide. Build a fire in the Outdoor Stone Fire pit at the waters edge, or just sit on the dock and enjoy a good book--the enjoyment is endless at this home! Sandy beach area at the waters edge is great for the kids and shallow access into the water with a sandy bottom lake gives the kids freedom and the parents won't be on edge!

The bedrooms are located across from each other with the bathroom between them. Bedroom #1 offers a Queen Size Bed. Bedroom #2 is located across the hall and features 2 Sets of Twin Bunk Beds (sleeps 4). There is a futon in the living room that folds out to another double bed having the lake house sleep 8 people comfortably. There is also a pack n play available for a baby or small child.

The kitchen is open concept to the living room and features brand new hickory cabinets and hardwood floors throughout. The lake side part of the house features another living room area and the kitchen table/dining area. There is also a desk in that room allowing for you to work with an amazing view of the lake.

The views from the home are amazing from this home. We call it our Million dollar view since we are located at the far end of the lake with unobstructed views of the whole lake!

We have 5 small children so outside the home there is a large wooden swing set with a slide and lots of outside toys.

This lake is very quiet since there is no public boat access onto the lake. If you have a boat you would like to bring for the week please let us know and we can arrange boat launch access from the property. The fishing is AMAZING here. My kids fish all day right from the dock and catch very large bass! We do ask that you catch and release since the big fish live under our dock and we enjoy catching them over and over!

Not only will you have the lake and all the enjoyment right at your doorstep but if you would like to also visit the beaches they are a short distance away. The Wells Beaches are located about 20 minutes from the home, Ogunquit Beaches are about 30 minutes, Kennebunk is 15 minutes and York is 30 minutes. The beaches of Biddeford and Old Orchard Beach are also 15-20 minutes depending on which ones you choose to visit. Shopping in Sanford or Biddeford where there are grocery stores, a movie theather, shopping plazas, restaurants, etc are only a few miles down the road (10 minutes). If you are interested in Amusement Parks during your stay, Funtown Splashtown USA and Auqaboggin are both about 20 minutes from the home in Saco. The home is in a great location to be able to experience all of Southern Maine!
