Description of the Maalaea vacation condo rental

Our family-owned condominium is centrally located on the Island of Maui at Maalaea Bay!

SUMMER SPECIAL - JULY 2007 RATES ARE $100 PER NIGHT- BOOK NOW FOR A FANTASTIC SUMMER VACATION!

This condo, unlike many at this site, directly faces the ocean, so as you lounge in the unit you are always looking at the deep blue Pacific Ocean! We are 10-20 minutes from most Island attractions. Maalaea Village and Harbor are within a five minute walking distance where there are various fine restaurants and a convenience market. The harbor offers many snorkeling and sport fishing excursions.

There is a poolside, built-in barbecue as well (both gas and coal), and after dinner, the spectacular sunset is a beautiful way to end a fun-filled day. The unit itself looks directly out to the ocean. It is a two bedroom, two full bath unit with living and dining areas, lanai, and a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, blender, etc... Sorry, no pets allowed. This is a non-smoking condominium (smoking is permitted on the lanai).

Area Description

Maalaea Bay is one of the best kept secrets on Maui. The condos sit on a small area of the bay bounded by sugar cane fields, and a wildlife reserve. The beachfront condominium sits on 3 miles of secluded, undeveloped, white sandy beach, perfect for long scenic walks. An established wildlife reserve borders the beach giving one the sense of what Maui was like in a bygone era. You can snorkel and swim directly in front of the condominium or in the courtyard pool. The grounds are meticulously groomed and lounge chairs are provided for sunbathing.

Maalaea Harbor is a short walk from the condo and offers various boating excursions including sunset dinner cruises, sport fishing and snorkeling. There are four fine dining establishments overlooking the harbor, plus various shops and of course the Maui Aquarium.

We have stayed here twice and could not have been happier. Everything about this condo was great. The owners were very accommodating and were great to work with. The location could not have been better. You are so central to everything and the beach outside the condo is fantastic. It was clean and comfortable for our family with many extras. We saw many whales right outside the condo and were able to go for some wonderful walks on the quiet beach. I can not say enough good things about this complex. Right down to all the regulars that stay here for several months to the gardener that looks after the grounds, everyone was so nice and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this complex to anyone looking for accommodations. You will not be disappointed. I will always look here first if I want to rent again.
