Thanks for checking our condo. We just decided to lowerer our rate of 2009, so more our regular customers can come back to stay with us and more new cutomers can visit us and enjoy more for less. Enjoy our brand new $2500 King size bed and beddings.

Something about our condo *Kanai A Nanu #417* :
The Kanai A Nalu has been rated The Best Vacation Property in Maalaea. Spectacular ocean vistas are guaranteed in this specially designed condominium building. Our CORNER PENTOUSE UNIT #417 faces the ocean and has a spacious lanai with uninterrupted views of Maalaea Bay, Kihei, Wailea, Makena, Upcountry and Haleakala. And you can watch the Whales from the the lanai. Plus, you can also watch the sun come up over Haleakala EVERY MORNING.

Our building is very CENTRALLY LOCATED in Maui. It's very convenient to walk for daily grocery shopping and to some famose sightseeing places. Also, it's the sreet's "dead end", so there is no traffic it's very QUIET. There is absolutely no traffic noise from the main road in our unit. You can enjoy deep relaxation inside or on thelanai, at the sandy beach or atthe beautifully manicured lawn with tropical landscaping downstairs.

The first thing you'll notice when you open the door to our condo is the magnificent view of the ocean at the other end of the living room. Happiness is guarantied!. Not many condos are available this close to a sandy beach, where you can swim or snorkel....RIGHT IN FRONT of you. In the morning, you can take a walk along the quiet sandy beach (miles long until Kihei). It's well known secret that this is the most un-crowded beach on Maui. There is also a by the goverment protected Wildlife area nearby the beach for endangered sea turtles, so no development is allowed along this beach. This is for sure one of Maui's finest beaches!

Whether you are very relaxed and easy going like my partner or always on the go with a million things to do (like myself), Maalaea Bay is the solution and I really mean it!

We've been going to Maui for many years but it wasn't until summer 2005 that we found this really terrific penthouse condo and from then on we fell in love with Maui even more.

This corner condo unit is located on the top floor of Kanai a Nanu which is the best condo building in Maalaea Bay. What I really enjoy about it, besides the breathtaking view we have, is the sound of the waves you can hear just before falling asleep. This condo is very quiet and very private place. What more can you ask for?
Actually a lot! In the morning the lanai is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast and if you keep your eyes on the sea, you can do some whale watching at the same time. Soon after that it may be the right time to go for a swim in the deep blue ocean that is only a few steps away, or stretch out by the pool. Do you like to take a stroll along the beach? Well, you can do that too, it goes on for miles in complete serenity.

After we purchased our condo, we got in touch with our friend Ron Haley who is an authority in hotel renovations. He redid the entire condo equaling in style, quality and comfort hotels like the Ritz Carlton, Hilton etc... Just wait until you see the kitchen, I guaranty you will be delighted. For furniture and placement as well as the artwork we hired a local decorator and believe me when I tell you she did a fantastic job. It is a modern setting with Hawaiian flavor. It’s a place to come back to time after time.
Of course we have cable TV and high speed Internet access and long distance calling. Who would want to be without it?

Our condo is managed by professional agnets whoes office is right next to our builing. It's very convenient if you have any question or need any suggestion and help.

p.s. We have a Chinese antique furniture store Eurasian Interiors on 1861 Union street, San Francisco, CA 94123. So please don't think you have made a wrong phone call :)
