Close to beach, bike path and shuttle. Modern home with living room, dining room, kitchen with dish washer, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, washer, dryer, deck and private driveway. The front door leads into the kitchen and the main living room. The kitchen area features modern appliances. A breakfast bar with comfortable bar chairs separates the kitchen from the living room. The living room itself has a wonderful wood-lined vaulted ceiling and a large stone fireplace. The living room has a large sofa and love seat as well as a built-in bookcase and work area. A sliding door leads onto the deck. The dining area just beyond the kitchen and seats 6-8 comfortably. The master bedroom has a private bathroom.
