The living room and master bedroom have full-wall patio glass doors that open to the balcony. You'll be sleeping with the gentle sounds of the waves in the background.
The kitchen and second bedroom overlook scenic Boca Ceiga Bay. Fantastic sunrises from one side and sunsets from the other! You'll be rejuvenated!

Area Information
Madeira Beach is a small, quiet beach community midway between the larger cities of Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach. The beach is large, with white, sugar-soft sand. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
In addition to the beautiful white sand beaches, the area also offers great fishing, day cruises, casino cruises, pirate ship cruises, and many other family fun activities,
Dozens of great restaurants are close, many within walking distance of Ocean Sands,
John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is only 1.5 miles from the condo (30-minute beach walk away),
The Tampa Bay area also offers numerous attractions such as Busch Gardens, Adventure Island water theme park, the St. Petersburg Pier, aquariums and major league sports including Major League Baseball, NFL Football and NHL Ice Hockey,
You can even take a day trip to Disney World, which is only 90 minutes away!

A:Most of our guests select our unit for the huge balcony on the beach, with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. But after their stay they consistently remark how we have provided all of the amenities that they needed and that it felt like home to them. Q:Do we need a vehicle?
A:Ocean Sands is located just across the street from a supermarket and pharmacy. You can walk to dozens of restaurants. John's Pass (even more shopping and restaurants) is just a 30-minute beach-walk away.
A beach trolley runs along Gulf Blvd from Clearwater Beach to St Pete Beach and stops in front ot Ocean Sands. Enjoy an entertaining evening without worry of driving.
