Kima Gulf Front Condo in Madeira Beach (#13099)

Write a review The condo was fabulous, very clean everything was wonderful, and I will return. just got back from staying in KIMA 102 for a week...just myself and my fiancee and we could not have picked a better condo if we tried...GREAT location...right between clearwater and st pete beach...we also drove down to Fort De Soto for a day, which is exceptional as well...John's Pass is an AWESOME place to walk around and shop and eat...the custard place on the corner is awesome, Skully's is great, as is the Friendly Fisherman...stay away from Bubba Gumps...we were VERY disappointed at the quality of food and price for the portions given...if you go up to clear water, Clear Sky is the best restaurant in the area for the price...we also witnessed about 15 dolphins one night swimming about 20 feet offshore feeding when the water was very very calm...was awesome!!! Great place, we will be back annually...very clean, very neat, an exceptional value and location!!! VERY HAPPY!!! We stayed at the Kima Condos in unit 102. Condo was great. Location Great!!!! 4 adults 1 teenager and 1 9 yr old. Everyone had a great time. Our April vacation at Kima, in condo #406 was spectacular. The condo was beautiful, offered everything we needed. The view from the condo and balconies was just beautiful. We watched several sunsets during our stay. We hope we will be able to rent this Condo once again. Chuck and Nancy Root
