Avons aimé la plage et belle vacances. Le seul bémol le condo a besoin d'ëtre rafraichi un peu trop dispendieux a comparé aux alentours. Very nice vacation, the only damper the condo needs a little renovation and the price is quite high comparing with other condos around

we had a wonderful vacation while staying at the Kima resort on Maderia Beach. The condo was really nice and well equipped with everthing you needed for a very enjoyable stay. The condo was perfectly located for walking to John's Pass, where there were plenty of restaurants and shopping. Would definately stay at the Kima again.

we enjoyed our stay.location was great.we found the accommodations were comfortable,the kitchen and shower stall could use an update.we would return to this location but would also look at your other condos.

We had a lovely time. The property was perfect, the unit was very comfortable and clean. There were some other tenants either above it below us who were loud and threw cigarette butts in the sitting area near the pool. The person who handles maintenance cleaned it up every morning first thing and handled warning those tenants and they were quiet rest of week. Pool was awesome. View was great. Reastaurants in area were typical but you can find nicer places if you look online. Very easy to get to from airport. Would rent from Kima again.

Just spent a week at Kima 503 - as advertised, this was a wonderful place! Saw dolphins every single day from the balcony! Unit was clean and bright. The only disappointment was the master br slider to the balcony didn`t have a screen, so we didn`t leave the door open at night. Location is great...lots of great bars (check out Teri`s tavern on the walk to John`s Pass!). I would rent this location again!

The pictures do not show how nice this place really is! It has every thing you would ever need. The location is super. It was also nice having on site manager just incase something did go wrong. Pool was very warm and not crowded like other places we have stayed at. I cannot wait to go back!!

This was a much need vacation for my sisters and myself.. two of my sisters lost there husbands tragically, lung cancer and a drowning. The condo was fantastic, great view of the ocean living and master bedroom both have sliding doors to listen to the waves and watch the sun set and rise daily. If you just want to relax and do nothing that is the place. Johns pass just 1.5 miles down the street. Do not drive take the trolley. The condo is decorated perfectly not over done so you do not feel uncomfortable just very homey and delightful. This vacation brought many side aching laughs and many long walks on the beach. Great place to go.. the people are great and the beach is absolutely beautiful very clean. So enjoyed everyone should have the opportunity to go to Madiera beach.

recently spent a week at Kima 503 and family friends at Kima 403. Best condo to-date we have stayed in at Madeira Beach! Easy walk to John's Pass for the teenagers and Candy Kitchen for ice cream! Very clean, newly remodeled, nicely furnished 2 bedroom unit with a great view! My only advise: booking agents not always so friendly upon arrival! Much more helpful with questions prior to arrival and your money! Quoted at $1350 plus tax - final bill over $1800 with tax and cleaning fee, our fault for not asking details but would be nice to be told total amount up front! Kitchen stocking could be improved.

just got back from staying in KIMA 102 for a week...just myself and my fiancee and we could not have picked a better condo if we tried...GREAT location...right between clearwater and st pete beach...we also drove down to Fort De Soto for a day, which is exceptional as well...John's Pass is an AWESOME place to walk around and shop and eat...the custard place on the corner is awesome, Skully's is great, as is the Friendly Fisherman...stay away from Bubba Gumps...we were VERY disappointed at the quality of food and price for the portions given...if you go up to clear water, Clear Sky is the best restaurant in the area for the price...we also witnessed about 15 dolphins one night swimming about 20 feet offshore feeding when the water was very very calm...was awesome!!! Great place, we will be back annually...very clean, very neat, an exceptional value and location!!! VERY HAPPY!!!

Unit has excellent view from 5th floor. Utilities worked OK. Unit lacks certain modern features (eg DVD player iinstead of VCR). Bathrooms could use more light and updated showers. Linens were too thin and worn. Elevator had some problems again this year. Nice pool and patio.
