Madeira Bay Resort, 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo, on the 3rd floor overlooking Madeira Bay and right across the street from the dazzling white sands of Madeira Beach. Great view of the marina and harbor from your private balcony. Newest resort on Madeira Beach.

Dockage available starting at only $20/day.

Many amenities including on-site marina, pool, conference center, and fitness center. All the creature comforts of home, with an inside washer/dryer, and full kitchen with all appliances, granite countertops and 9' ceilings, a community conference room and fitness facilities.

High speed wireless internet are provide at NO EXTRA COST!! Maid service is also available for a nominal charge.

Area Information

Madeira Beach is located between Clearwater and St. Petersburg Beach near Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The locals like to call it the island that is ��two miles long and a smile wide. �� Local public beaches include Archibald Beach Park, Bicentennial Park, County Park, Kitty Stuart Park and John ��s Pass Park/South Beach. Beautiful, soft, white sand and turquoise waters are perfect for swimming, sunning, beachcombing, diving, jet skiing, parasailing and other water sports. Fishing excursions are available at Madeira Beach or you can fish from the piers, seawalls and bridges. John ��s Pass Village and Boardwalk at Madeira Beach is an old fishing village that has been transformed into a quaint area with 110 shops, galleries, restaurants and water-sport vendors. You ��ll find antiques, art, local crafts, unique clothing and jewelry, as well as tempting restaurants featuring fresh fish and seafood. The Village and Boardwalk is open year-round and hours vary. Other nearby attractions include the Sunken Gardens at St. Petersburg, the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, and Busch Gardens in Tampa.

Guest staying at our resort have an easy walk across the street (just 30 yards) to enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches of Madeira Beach, as well as an easy stroll to John ��s Pass Village and Boardwalk where they will find an array of quant shops, restaurants, boat and jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, and cruises such as casino cruise, pirate cruise, dolphin watch cruise and nature cruise. Many deep sea fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving charters are also available.

Great Complex / Excellent Location

The Yacht is well maintained. Enjoyed the pool, exercise room and whirlpool. 5 minutes from Gulf beach, grcery store and restaurants. The unit we rented could be updated. Also we had to exterminate some ants & bugs and clean the dishwasher which was clouding the glasses with calcium. Most of this could have been a result of the previous renter. Victoria at Florida Vacation Rentals was a great help in helping solve the problems. The complex was a 4 star but the unit we rented was only a 3 star, In general, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year

We spent the month of February at this resort. The condo was clean and very comfortable. We had a view of the Marina, but not a full view as we thought. The resort is located right across the street from the beautiful, white sand beach. It is in walking distance to many restaurants, especially Lattitudes which is right next door (fabulous). We are hoping to return next year, hopefully for two months. The staff was pleasant and very accommodating. Can't say enough....definately would return.

The condo was the perfect size for the four of us adults. Clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The nearby shopping/restaurants were easily within walking distance. If you like the touristy beach area, you'll love this location. If you like a secluded beach, stay in this condo and take the short drive south...

Beautiful beach, convenient location

We had a wonderful week at the Madeira Bay resort. Loved the beach - very clean and not too busy. The pool was small but wonderfully warm!!! The access to John's Pass was great - just a couple block walk - no need to put the kids in the car at the end of the day to go out to eat! Saw quite a few dolphins on the boardwalk - really enjoyed the Pirate Ship cruise. We would come back again in a heartbeat! Because of the proximity to the road, traffic noise can be heard in the master bedroom. We got used to it but some may find it bothersome.
