Later, enjoy our famous sunsets from your private, screened balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Additional den offers extra space for rest and relaxation. Villa Madeira offers a privileged location, on one of our area's nicest beaches and only a mile from John's Pass, a local attraction with restaurants, shops and water sports.

slight dissapointment

all in all, villa madeira is a beautiful property, but my 2 issues were with the maintainance man just walking in without knocking loudly on the door to change the air conditioner filter, and on the last day of our stay, when we were getting ready to check out, a male member of the housekeeping staff just walked right into the condo at about 9;15 a.m to start cleaning. we didn't have to be out until 10 a.m., and being with my wife, our 25 year old daughter, along with our 23 year old niece, what is, what if the girls were taking showers, or getting dressed! i may not return to villa madeira because of these 2 reasons! not a very professional attitude amongst the staff of villa madeira! they should make sure that tennants know that they are trying to come into a room before entering! as i said, villa madeira #607 is a very nice vacation spot, but it can also use a coat of paint inside the master bedroom, and the screen on the door leading outside of the room is missing, and the window screen on the secondary bedroom is not properly set into the window frame. also, the doorbell does not work when pressed. as i am disappointed with the unauthorized entrances of the staff, if this still persists, another tennant may not react as calmly as i did, and there can be a major confrontation from an unhappy male tennant, leading to police intervention, or even possible, a lawsuit against the vacation rental company , { resort rentals }.

#608 is flexible for 2 to 8 people if at least 4 are children.Upon arriving we had to wash all utensils,and in general the unit was not clean.The beach and ocean are beautiful but the area is not the best.The a/c could not be set on anything lower than 72 which on a 95 degree day was crazy...at least by my standards.The pool area had 1 table total,and was small and always far past capacity,mostly with kids.In general not friendly or relaxing at all.Our visit was pleasant bit disappointing due to the pool,general disrepair of the condo,lack of adequate a/c,and the general area.Resort Rentals was excellent in helping us get a condo at the last minute and were always friendly and helpful and would use them again.I do NOT ENDORSE Villa Madeira Condo's for the discriminating travelor and we would not go back.I would say it is fine for someone with little children and on a budget ,but the price was not that much different than a top shelf condo in a beautiful exclusive area right up the street. I spend between 4-8 weeks a year in this area on both business/pleasure and entertain relatives also and I strongly DOT ENDORSE Villa Madeira.Most of the condos we stay at have beautiful rec centers,meeting centers,etc.Villa Madeira has 1 (broken)shopping cart and 1 travel dolly,(which we never got to use)NOT PLEASANT.

We recently stayed at Villa Madeira Condos. We have visited Madeira Beach many times and have always stayed at these condo units, and will continue to do so. Villa Madeira has always been Clean, Quiet, and Friendly! The people we have met that vacation there often say they stay there for the same reasons we do. You know what you're getting! It's small enough that you don't have a whole village living with you and you can actually enjoy the beach, the pool, and the deck area without it being too crowded. The condo units we have stayed in have all been extremley clean and well furnished, with everything you'd ever need to make yourself feel right at home. And the view from the balcony area is simply beautiful. Nothing but the beach! We look forward to our next trip to Madeira Beach, FL. And to staying once again at Villa Madeira!

Our stayed was excellent, exceed our expectation. We enjoyed stayed at the beach front condo, beach walks every day, more than enough equipments prepared nicely; kitchen utensils, towels and detailed info. John Pass Boardwalk, unique shops near by. My husband tried fishing and had nice experience. We will be back soon!

this will be our third year,not all in a row, staying at the Villa Madeira. The rooms are very clean and the beach is perfect. We liked it soooo much we decided to get married on the beach 4/28/04. It was wonderful and the weather and sunset could not be beat. I will always stay at the villa any time we are in the tampa area.
