Description of the Madeira Beach vacation condo rental

This recently renovated 2 bedroom condo is located directly on the pristine white sandy beach of Madeira Beach across the street from the famous John's Pass Boardwalk!!!
The large and nicely decorated Master Bedroom has a king size bed and the Guest bedroom has two twin beds. The large private balcony has privileges from both the living room and master bedroom with views of the Gulf and John's Pass. The new full-size kitchen has a washer & dryer and the condo has comfortable furnishings with cable TV in each of the bedrooms and the living room and a DVD, free internet, and long distance calls to North America. This building has a minimum 7 day rental and has a heated swimming pool on the beach with a BBQ area for cooking out on. Beautiful sunsets can be viewed from the pool area and beach.

John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is a great place to eat, drink, shop or just take a stroll.

Area Information

Madeira Beach is located on the Gulf of Mexico. Nearby attractions include: Busch Gardens (30 miles), Disney (90 miles), Lots of water activities (boat cruises, fishing, jet-sking, para-sailing), Nearby sporting venues/teams (Rays, Bucs, Lightning). This condo is located directly across the street from John's Pass Village. Great variety of restaurants nearby as well as lots of shopping just minutes away in St. Petersburg and Clearwater.

Fantastic

We stayed at this condo for 2 weeks and it was absolutely fantastic!! Everything you need is there and the people staying/living in the complex are so warm and friendly! The location is wonderful with John's Pass across the street and you are also right on the beach. I've stayed in this complex twice before and would not hesitate to return. Amazing sunsets!!

We stayed at this condo in April 2012, everything about it was EXCELLENT, location couldn't be better, condo was nicely decorated and anything we needed was there and the rental management company was so great to work with when we arrived. The only think that would make it absolutely perfect would be if they were pet friendly as we want to come next year for 3 weeks with our Westie. Thank you so much for a great vacation.
