Description of the Madeira Beach vacation condo rental

Wonderful location directly on the beach with fabulous views of the water and our stunning sunsets. Quiet boutique building on Gulf Blvd of Madeira Beach. Owner uses it as getaway. Big wrap-around balcony, sliding glass doors from the living room and the master bedroom. The kitchen and baths are new. Lots of tile and upgraded granite. The porcelain tile floors are perfect for beach living, the plush carpet in the bedrooms are new. Nice comfortable furniture. All the kitchen things you need. Flat screen TV and super new washer-dryer.

Sparkling pool and spa. You can walk on the sugar sand for miles. Walk to restaurants and the grocery store. Take the Beach Trolley to all the barrier islands.

Minimum rental time is 30 days.

Area Information

Madeira Beach is centrally located along the Pinellas County Gulf beaches. Small beach town atmosphere but only a 35 minute drive to the Tampa International Airport or 15 minutes to Downtown St. Petersburg. All the tourist attractions are near by, including the Museum of Arts in St. Petersburg, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island & Busch Gardens, Many public golf courses in the area. Free fishing along the beach and public piers or hire a professional captain and go out to catch the big fish.

The big shopping Malls are nearby and the small shoppes are plentiful. John's Pass Village is 2 miles south with many restaurants and entertainment. Watch the dolphins play! Madeira Beach is a very popular spot for beach lovers, sun worshippers, exercise fanatics and fishermen.

This condo met all of our expectations. The owners did a great job in renovating the condo. It was very bright, tastefully decorated and had an inviting atmosphere. The location of the condo provided close access to the beach, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Being on the beach also provided us with beautiful sunsets.

Four of us enjoyed this roomy condo. Loved being right on the beach and listening to the water ALL day. The beach was groomed each day and often walked to John's Pass. The area perfect, everything we needed was within walking distance as well as the local bus stops. Definately would go back!!
