Owner Supplied Testimonials
I took my girls to stay at this beautiful condo in May 2013. We loved it. Walking distance to John's Pass for great food and shopping. Across the street from the beach with beautiful sunset views in the evening. We loved it so much we are going back again next year for another week. We could easily see this being an annual spot for us.
"Great Condo and Location"
This is a great condo/location at Madeira Beach. The condo is very clean and comfortable. The queen bed in the master bedroom is great for a good nights sleep. One thing I did miss is a full length mirror. There was only 2 of us so did not experience the other bed. You can see the beach across the street from the balcony and it is a quick and easy walk to the beach. The beach is wonderful for walking and is groomed every weekday. When we talked to Tony, he said he plans on updating the TV to a flat screen. The staff at the condo are very friendly and helpful with anything you need.
John's Pass is just a few minutes walk away with many shops and restaurants. The famous Bamboo Beach Bar & Grill is just a 5 minute walk and has music/entertainment every day. The Mad Beach Fish House next door has great food, and a $3 bloody mary bar on the weekends. Every body has 'the best grouper sandwich' and Dockside Dave's does have good grouper sandwich. Walt's Fish Shack has fresh catch and only is open until the days catch is gone. The Boardwalk Grill has a wonderful Lobster Roll. Skip Kilwin's and go to Meyers House of Sweets for your chocolate. There are many other places to eat within walking distance of the condo.
Find the Winn Dixie and the Dollar Store just a couple of miles north and just off Gulf Blvd. You get money off your gas at Winn Dixie when you sign up for their discount card and the Dollar Store has great things you may want during your stay cheap.
You can't go wrong staying at Madeira Beach Condos and Tony is easy to work with.
"Clean! Great view! Best place on the beach!"
I stayed at this condo last weekend for 2 nights. I usually stay in Clearwater Beach in a few places that cost the same as this one, but there was a few clear reasons after staying at this condo that I would come back to it every time and refer it to anyone. We were politely greeted by the front desk who was very helpful with getting us in early and quickly. We went up to the 5th floor and into the condo that was facing West at the beach and the gulf. We noticed that the carpet looked brand new, the kitchen and bathroom smelled like they had been just cleaned and sanitized. The living room couches were super comfortable. The beds looked like they had brand new sheets, blankets, and pillows. The mattress was super comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless. Free Wifi. It felt like it was brand new. We opened the sliding glass door in the living room and the 2 windows in the master bedroom and right away had the sweet ocean smell fill the entire place. The kitchen and fridge were also spotless and was fully stocked with any kitchen tools you would need. We had a couple come to meet us and stay in the second bedroom. The benefit to this was there are 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The ocean water was still a little too chilly to go into, so there was a few times we went back to the complex and jumped in the heated pool and Jacuzzi that were perfect. I don't think we had a chance to, but there was a visitors journal under the living room table of prior guests and their experience in this condo. It was very interesting to read and see how much people really loved the place. At one point, we all shared that we felt so comfortable staying in the condo, it was difficult to head over to John's Pass for dinner or anywhere else. There is a Publix grocery store 5 min away for all the food and beverages to stock the fridge. I hope to come back very soon and many times in the future. Thank you for letting us stay here.
