Situated on the Intercoastal waterway, kayak provided,bring your own boat,or rent one at the famous John's Pass just one mile from the house where you will also find many great restaurants and shopping.Just three short blocks to the beautiful white sandy beaches where you can walk for miles or sit and enjoy the Gulf of Mexico.

We are located 30 minutes from the Tampa and St. Petersburg airports. About 20 minutes from Clearwater.Close to many great restaurants and golf courses.Our home is in a quiet mostly residential neighborhood

All the Comforts of Home

This one story, air conditioned home located on a canal with three very large bedrooms (two with TV sets), two bathrooms, large living/dining room with TV and DVD player and well equipped kitchen along with the great screened in porch area was so comfortable I found it very hard to leave. Everything you could possibly need was provided - from local restaurant menus and maps to beach chairs and comfortable patio furniture as well as a washer and dryer. The beach is an easy walk and a trolley service will take you to John's Pass for shopping and entertainment or to the shopping area where you will find groceries, liquor, beauty shop, CVS and my favorite - Dollar Tree. Within walking distance from there is the library, post office, used book store and many other shops and restaurants. What else can I say? This home is well maintained, comfortable and in a great location and I can't wait to get back there next year and hope to continue vacationing there for many years to come.
