Large waterfront home with private pool - ideal accommodation layout for 2 families. 2 master suites, both with king size beds & ensuite bathrooms ( ground floor one has small kitchenette also ). Upper level living area which includes two large balconies, one great for sunbathing, the other ideal for watching the dolphins or spectacular sunsets. Small private sandy beach area stretches out into Intracoastal waters ( extended around pool area )Tiki table & hammock just added too.

Approx. 8 min. walk to public beach, a 5 min. drive to St John's Pass ( boatyard village with shops/restaurants/boat rentals/sunset cruises etc. )
Disney approx 2 hrs, Busch Gardens approx. 1 hr , Clearwater Bch approx 15 mins, St Pete Bch approx 10 mins.

 Great location, nice pool area, April 14, 2009

This home was perfect for our extended family. The pool area is really nice, providing a beach feel even though it's on the bay side. The pool is not heated and was a little cold, but the kids didn't care. There is a nice fishing spot just around the corner and it is close to restaurants and John's Pass but away from all the traffic and construction. Inside, the home is a little dated (bathrooms) but clean and functional. It has a nice open layout and great porch overlooking the pool. The lower level bathroom and kitchenette is only accessible from the lower level master bedroom. It would be nice if it were open to the hallway so others could use it. But overall, it's a really great house!

This is inner-coastal property located in Redington Beach. There is no dock or seawall, so leave the boat behind. The owners have made the back yard into a 'beach like' experiance. They really did a good job of it. The property has a updated inground pool. The pool is not heated, and the owners choose not to activate the pool 'waterfalls' or pool lights. Too bad. This home can accomadate two families with ease. There are three bedroom upstairs (one a master), and two downstairs (one a master). The home is a bit 'dated', with some issues with worn hardware on the ground floor sliding doors leading out to the pool area and common upstairs bathroom. Many light fixtures were void of lightbulbs. Bring your own grill, as prior renters ruined the existing grill. There is no internet at this property, make sure your laptop has a 'aircard'. All these 'issues' were minor for us, and our family had a wonderful time.

We had two families (9 people total) in the house for a week and never felt crowded. Great location. Far enough from the main drag that it was nice and peaceful, but close enough that we could walk to the beach. Plenty of space to eat either indoors or on the deck. We had a great week and would recommend this place to our friends!
