Home located in a small village called Valverdejo in Cuenca La Mancha area. One hundred years old home stone walls home totally renovated in 2005.
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and a large livingroom, sunny, quite calm, excellent comunications by road with Madrid and Valencia cities (90 minutes driving by free motorway). This home is located at midway between Madrid , capital of Spain and Valencia , in the Mediterranean coast.
Area Description
Area where home is located is called La Mancha , the land of Don Quijote. Valverdejo has just 100 inhabitants,and it is surrounded by pine tree fields. 6 kilometres from home there is Alarcon a art town with a lake and XII century castle. Cuenca the capital of this region is just 40 minutes driving and it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Cabriel river , natural park it is just 20 minutes driving from home.
Madrid , capital of Spain, it is 90 minutes driving from this home by and excellent and free motorway, also Valencia city in the Mediterranean coast is 90 minutes driving from this home.
