Description of the Madrid vacation apartment rental
Very sunny apartment with 2 balconies to the main street. Fully equipped kitchen with: fridge, oven, washing machine, microware, toaster, lemon squeezer, plates, glasses, etc. The bathroom has a big bath and a shower. Individual gas natural heating. The apartment is completely renovated and newly furnished. It can accommodate 2 to 6 people with a double bed, a sofa bed for 2 people and 2 single beds. Bed linen and towels are provided. In the lounge there is a CD player and a DVD player with a television.
The flat is very well located, in the centre of Madrid. Metro stations Quevedo (50 mts), Iglesias and Canal are close by.
The apartment, located in the Chamberí district, is known as a crossroads of all cultural trends, with its restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and department stores. You are in one of the most desirable locations in Madrid, close to the Paseo de la Castellana Avenue, with excellent transport links. Trafalgar is also a perfect neighbourhood for those visiting Madrid for business, close to banks, offices and other major business. It is also just minutes away from the main tourist and cultural sights.
The area is full of cinemas, shops, restaurants, bars and terraces but is not too noisy. There are supermarkets and fruitmarkets closeby.
You can walk to the Puerta del Sol in 20 and Gran Vía in 15 minutes, although the bus and metro network is excellent and cheap and will get you there quicker.
