Reviews for this vacation cabin rental in Maggie Valley, North Carolina

This cabin is fabulous!! Extremely clean. Very private and felt like you were away from the world! Great location to get just about anywhere in the area! Good central location, but away from it all at the same time. Pictures actually didn't do it justice! Had a great time!!
Seclusion, views, rest and rocking
October 16, 2013
We are just home from our stay in this beautiful cabin. We enjoyed the seclusion, the views, the rest, and our time rocking on the front porch. We only had one problem during our stay, and that was not wanting to leave! Everything was so nice, and we tried to leave things just as we found them...our goal was to leave it a little better, but there is nothing to improve! It will not be our last time there.

Another great visit
October 12, 2013
We just completed our second visit to this cabin and it was as great as the first time we stayed. The cabin is well supplied with everything needed to make it a "home away from home". Something we really appreciate is how clean the entire cabin is maintained. We are already looking forward to another visit.
Minnesota (my brothers are from Florida)
September 19, 2013
My two brothers and I stayed for two nights in mid-August as part of our road trip through the Carolinas and Georgia. We were very happy with the cabin. It was immaculate and the setting was very relaxing. The drive up is somewhat challenging for a passenger car, but certainly not enough to detract from the property. The deck is long and accommodating. The supplies and settings are of good quality. The beds were comfortable. :-) The t.v., while certainly not new, was more than adequate to watch dvds late into the night. During the day, you will not want to do such a thing as the area is beautiful and great for exploring. My brothers had nothing but good things to say about the place, which pleased me since I found it and reserved it. Thanks, Bob, for making it available to the public!

Great place to relax after a day at SMNP. Cabin had everything you could want. Breathtaking views of the mountains in the early morning and late afternoon. We will be back.

Wonder place to stay!
July 19, 2013
My family had a great time at Mr & Mrs. Bennett's cabin. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We so enjoyed an afternoon nap listening to the rainfall, nearby stream, and the blowing wind. The cabin was very clean and the pictures on the webpage were true. It's an amazing place to get away and relax. My husband and 3 year old especially enjoyed making a fire outside and making s'mores!

Another year in Paradise
June 30, 2013
After visiting the Bennett's "little piece of Paradise" last summer, we knew immediately that we wanted to return this summer. We took my father with us this time, as well as our 18 year old son. Last year we had done a lot of "touristy" things during our stay. This year, we did a few things in the area., such as driving on the Blue RIdge Parkway (entrance is about 1/5 mile on the main road from the cabin).. went to Cherokee (about 10 miles the other direction.) My son likes to spend time in Asheville, so we spent a day there, again. This year, we spent the majority of our time at the beautiful cabin, looking across the mountains and enjoying the mountain air and breezes. Sitting on the front porch, enjoying conversation and coffee, while watching the hummingbirds that come to feast at the feeder hanging above the porch rail. They decided to play "chase" with each other a few times, making them even more entertaining. We grilled out on the standing grill a couple of times for great dinners ( there is also a fire pit, which we used last year to roast hot dogs... and marshmellows for s'mores.) The cabin is secluded, you seldom hear any noises other than a few birds, occasionally, AND the sounds of the creek below (I think my husband's favorite thing is tofall asleep to the sounds of the creek.) If you are so inclined, there is a lot to do within a short driving distance. Last year we drove to the valley to see the elk, loved that trip. Around the area is horseback riding, hiking, zip lines, etc., but, you will probably be very tempted to spend the majority of your time "at home." This "home away from home" is always spotless when we arrive, and supplied with most everything you would need for a stay (do bring your own food, only so much they can provide.) I love that the Bennett's are willing to share their beautiful home with us lucky renters. I know that we want to return again next year. I hope that you choose to experience this wonderful vacation spot, as well.
Another peaceful and relaxing stay.....
November 3, 2012
This stay was our 8th time in your cabin, and it just keeps getting better. Some things remain the same though.......like the cleanliness of the cabin, and the beautiful views. Watching the distant fog and clouds moving through the mountains is always relaxing as we enjoyed a cup of coffee on the porch in a rocking chair. We especially enjoyed the walks in the mountains near the cabin, around the lake path at Lake Junaluska in Maggie, and the shaded hiking paths at Deep Creek near Bryson City. Our peaceful, relaxing breaks from 'city' life are the reasons we keep going back. God bless, The Smith's, Tampa FL

Breath taking views
October 26, 2012
Wanted a vacation to enjoy the fall colors and mountain views. We got there on Sunday, Oct. 21, never dreaming that when we started to the cabin from the main road we would be on a little gravel path, winding up the mountain into a private, secluded, breath taking cabin as Mountain View Hideaway (name fully fits). The view from porch was so beautiful, we would sit and enjoy the view for hours. Cabin was very clean and comfortable had ever thing need for our stay. We enjoyed grilling hamburgers and roasting marshmallows while listening to the creek and the rustling of falling leaves. We have stayed at several cabins in the past but never one that is so private that you feel you are on top of a mountain all alone. I would suggest if you are looking for peace, seclusion, a wonderful God given view then this is just the cabin you need.

I wanted peace and quite on my vacation and this is what this cabin gave to me. The cabin is placed where you can see nothing but the beautiful colors of the trees and the view is awesome. As far as you can see are mountains and undisturbed nature. I have never stayed in a place that let me feel any closer to heaven then this. The only sounds were those of a waterfall somewhere on the property as well as the sounds of birds. No cars, no planes, no phones just the sounds of nature. When you look around you don't see the tops of other cabins or anything below. It is the most natural setting you could ever expect to visit. I hated to leave and can't wait to return next year. I can assure you that if you are truly looking for peace and quite that you will not find a better place anywhere. It was also the cleanest place I have ever rented. I have really bad allergies to most things and nothing inside this cabin bothered me at all. That is one of the things that scare me is to get a place that I can't stay in because of perfumy smells, musty odors, cigarette smoke or pet hair ETC. Everything was perfect. It still takes my breath away thinking about each morning I got up to watch the sunrise and to watch the clouds rise up to show the mountains in the background. It still brings tears to my eyes even now while writing this review. I took a good book to read and sat out on the porch alot of the time. If you want something besides peace and quite you can drive ten minutes into Maggie Valley or go to Cherokee and after you have spent the day there with the hustle and bustle of people then you will really appreciate the cabin even more . I don't know what else I can possibly say that I haven't already except that the water was also good because my coffee tasted the same as usual. I hope this review helps you in making your decision. My only regret is that I am not the owner. Sincerely, Charlene Locke Gilbert, SC

Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Bennett for sharing your beautiful cabin with us. This is a lovely, comfortable, well equipped cabin. It’s perfectly suitable, spotlessly cleaned and maintained with amazing views of the mountains from the porch rocking chairs. In all, four adults rented and the space was ideal. We did trailer in our Harleys and the trip from the highway to the cabin was a bit of a challenge and riding the bikes on the gravel road even more so. But would we do it again…absolutely!!!!! That was part of the adventure. Thank you once again for allowing us to rent.

The cabin is awesome. Completely furnished with everything someone may need. Beautiful views and alot of hummingbirds and butterflies. Enjoyed the family trip. The cabin made the trip even better. Got to spend alot of quality with the family. We will definitely be back.

A Little Piece of Heaven
August 23, 2012
We stayed for five days. Once we turned off the highway it was nothing but awesome. The winding roads were really fun. Once we found the cabin i was speechless. It was a beautiful mountain view,You could see the rain coming so we were trying to unload our stuff. then we got to just sit on the porch and enjoy. There are an abundance of humming birds. The inside of the cabin was nicely decorated. only thing I would change I would have ceiling fans in the bedrooms. the kitchen was well furbished also both baths. We didn't get to grill or use firepit because of the rain. I just ca't say enough bout that porch and raining.I would rent this cabin again. Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Bennett for sharing your beautiful place. The pricing was really reasonable was another thing that got my attention. Really loved the area. Really hope to have one of our own one day. We love the mountains and go every year. We are drawn to the Maggie Valley/Cherokee areas the most.It is just a central location for most everything. Again thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.
The view alone is worth the stay....
August 22, 2012
We spent so much time on the porch, in the rocking chairs, watching the ever changing mountain vistas, that the inside of the cabin became unimportant. Sitting on the porch, it was fascinating to watch the hummingbirds come in to feed from the hummingbird feeder. The cabin is well stocked for any kind of cooking. The decor is cute... mix of rustic and Victorian . The weather was cool and crisp...a welcome change from the Florida heat and humidity. We used the fire pit for hotdogs and s'mores. Maggie Valley had some great country restaurants and for a more sophisticated shopping and eating experience, Waynesville was not far away. There is no supermarket in Maggie Valley, so plan your trip for that. We loved being in the mountains and would return again...hopefully for a longer visit.

Great Visit Even Though It Was Miserably Hot
July 4, 2012
Absolutely fantastic accomodations! The best maintained cabin we've stayed at in the area. I think we picked the hottest weather on record in 200 years or so and I was concerned we'd never get the place cooled. However, it A/C unit worked great and the fans(ceiling and floor) helped immensely! Remote, but that was ok and the trip "back in" in the dark after Unto These Hills was interesting!
A Piece of Heaven
June 17, 2012
Our visit to the Bennettes cabin was wonderful! We wanted to gett away from the hussle and bussle and just relax and have peace and quite. We diffentely got it.We where so far away from it all,all we heard was birds, nature and the little waterfall running. The cell phones wouldnt work(which didnt hurt my feeling any)I loved the little widing road going to the cabin. The view from the porch was amazing, the humming birds would come right up to the feeder and you sitting right there.Took me 3days tho to get a picture of one in mid air.we took walks up and down the road and around cabin. It was really relaxing. The cabin it self was great everything was clean and ready.(Love the wood work) And really!!!! loved the porch. Thanks for sharing youre piece of heaven with us.I would reckamend this cabin to anyone that wants great views and nothing but nature.Hope to get back to it next year!
A great get away
July 21, 2011
The cabin and location is just what Robert said it was like. Very clean and peacefull. Spent most of the time on the front porch looking over the beauty GOD created. Enjoyed watching the clouds and fog move over the mountains. I never did read the book I took with me. This was a great time to reconnect with the family. If you like peacefull get aways this is the cabin for you..
Cool Breezes and Hummingbirds Abound
July 10, 2011
What a terrific getaway. We put away our watches and listened to the rythm of the mountain. It was amazing to watch the storms roll over the ridges and then see the rain twinkle on the leaves after the storm had passed. Nearby Cades Cove was a special treat as we saw bear, deer, elk, and turkeys. We also spent an afternoon kayaking on Lake Junaluska, which was a lot of fun. Robert and Glenda have provided a unique little piece of heaven for those that truly want to escape from the hub bub of day to day. This was our 3rd vacation in their home and certainly plan to return. The view is incredible and just the perfect setting to let your cares just fall away. This is nature at its best!!

Wow..hated to leave after 10 beautiful days..Cottage was lovely with a very interesting twisting 2 mile single lane approach but directions were clear and we made it fine to a very unique, beautiful remote location. Everything was as we had been told with very clear instructions on every aspect of the cabin. Stress free 10 days for us with well above normal November weather as another bonus.

Oct 20-27, 2010 We had a wonderful time, the cabin was absolutely gorgeous. We went trout fishing, horse back riding and took many great walks, we visited Cherokee as well. It was so quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed it and would recommend it to any of our friends. Thanks so much to the Bennetts for such a homey and cosy cabin.

Our Stay at Bennetts Cabin
October 19, 2010
There was 4 of us and we really enjoyed staying at the cabin although we only spent the nights there.. During the day we went to different sights. There is a lot to do around there. The colors were real beautiful. I think we hit the best time to go. Everything was all in color.

Coming from Illinois we were very impressed by the mountain views, especially the colors. We visited Biltmore Estates which was beautiful to say the least. We did alot of sight seeing. Got lost a few times. Not very good signs but we managed. The cabin was just as pictured. Loved it. Did not like the long winding graveled road to it though. Food everywhere was good. Rode the train and visited the aquarium and they were very enjoyable. We even took a picture of a rainbow on Graveyard Mountain. The whole week was great including the weather.

Great Family Time!
August 27, 2010
Our family had a great time at the beautiful cabin. The girls (6 and 2) enjoyed the great porch and the fire pit and looking at the stars. My husband and I enjoyed the peace and quiet and morning coffee with the views of the mountains. Thank you to the Bennetts for sharing your lovely cabin.

Thank you to the Bennetts for sharing your lovely mountain cabin with us! Also, thank you Cris for arranging everything. We had a great time! Each morning we could hardly wait to look out over the mountains and have our coffee on the porch. This is a great place to enjoy nature! We saw deer, quail, turkey and hummingbirds in the area around the cabin and in Cattaloochee Valley we saw 29 elk and many turkey. The cabin was clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. It was a pleasure to stay there!
Peace and Quiet!!
August 10, 2010
We spent six nights here and enjoyed every moment. The only noises were the babbling creek and the other sounds of nature. Although it was the first week of August, it was not necessary to turn on the air conditioning a single time. We enjoyed the hikes, humming birds, rocking chairs, and especially the tranquility. Views are great! As a point of information, I had no cell phone service but the cabin has a landline and my car's Onstar was in range and I could make calls using the Onstar phone. The cabin is extremely clean and well-appointed. Incidentally, I am in my seventies so it is well suited for us senior vacationers if you're able to climb a few steps to get to the front porch. The walk-in shower is very nice. A great place to spend a quiet vacation!
FUN SUMMER MEMORIES
August 7, 2010
As always, we had we had a wonderful time at the cabin! It was a week full of nature's surprises! On our first night, as we turned off the Blue Ridge Parkway, we saw an elk! We saw three more later in the week in the Smokies near the Learning Center. We saw three deer on the cabin drive as we were leaving the cabin one morning. Later in the week we picked enough blackberries (around the cabin and also, up the mountain) for two cobblers! The boys...now 2 & 4 yrs old, had so much fun watching the butterflies on the butterfly bush in front of the cabin! We had a marshmallow roast in the back, mined for gems in Cherokee, the boys rode the miniature horses in Maggie Valley, and caught trout in the trout pond at the entrance road to the cabin...Whew, most of all...we made great memories! We spent quiet mornings and evenings on the porch taking in the mountains...until next time!!!
relaxing mountain getaway
July 6, 2010
My husband and I spent 5 nights in this cabin. The cabin was one of the cleanest we have ever been to. It looks exactly like the pictures. The weather was perfect, in the 70's all week. We were a little surprised at the roads leading to the cabin but didn't have any trouble getting there. Beautiful view of the mountains, we had a perfect time!
Peaceful and comfortable
June 28, 2010
We had a wonderful time staying at this mountain hideway. The front porch was so welcoming and had wonderful views of the mountains. There was no AC; however, the breezes and fans kept us very comfortable. The house was very clean and nicely kept. It was also convenient to Maggie Valley, Cherokee, Waynesville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get away from it all for a little while.
Beautiful and Secluded Cabin
June 10, 2010
We had a great week at this beautiful, cozy and secluded cabin. It was nice to sit on the front porch and enjoy the peace and quite and the breath taking views. Mr. & Mrs. Bennett is a very caring couple and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this beautiful cabin to anyone. We have stayed in several different cabins throughout the years and this one by far was the cleaniest and the neatest we have ever stayed in. It was as described with no surprises. THANK YOU Mr. and Mrs. Bennett for sharing your wonderful cabin with us.

A beautiful crystal clear two nights at the cabin, but very cold. Cabin was very cozy, clean and warm, we all had a great albiet short time there. Would like to visit again in Spring or Fall!
December 2, 2009
If you want a place to get away from it all, this is it! Very nice cabin at the bottom of a mountain. Would imagine the views would be spectacular during the Fall. We missed all the leaves, but even the trees with no leaves in the mountains were still breathtaking. Would love to go back.
November 18, 2009
We had a wonderful time at the cabin. We talked about going back next year in the fall and taking enough supplies to stay for a week without having to leave. Just rest and relaxation and enjoy the peace. The owners are wonderful and caring people and it was great doing business with you. Thanks again

Beautiful, serene, mountain paradise
October 22, 2009
This was truly an example of God's handiwork! Everywhere we looked, we just took a deep breath and sighed, it was so peaceful and gorgeous! There is SO MUCH to do in the area or you can enjoy yourself doing nothing at all. We did some of both. The cabin looked like it was new- it was so clean. And it had everything you needed to be comfortable and feel at home! I would recommend this perfect little hideaway to everyone! Thank you for a wonderful experience- we will return.

Secluded Mountain Retreat
October 11, 2009
This place had me at "hello". I could learn to live here very easily. The view of the mountains from the porch left me speechless. I couldn't wait for the sun to come up every morning, so I could sit there with my hot chocolate and marshmallows and be "in awe" of the beauty of God's work. My niece, Nikki, and I celebrated her 17th birthday there watching the leaves turn. We also visited Waynesville (Nike and Nate's Pizza)the best anywhere, Asheville (Biltmore Estate), Cherokee, and Maggie Valley. We both live to shop, so we definitely helped out the local economy. I am a photographer, so I was in Heaven with all the gorgeous views around, including inside the cabin with its' mountain decor. I got a great shot of my niece standing on the porch with the view of the mountains in the background. We'll be enjoying that portrait for years to come. The Bennett's are the perfect couple to rent from. They're very warm and friendly. Their cabin is spotless and has all the coziness of home. We enjoyed watching DVDs at night and couldn't wait to get to bed early, because the beds are pillow top soft, yet firm. I woke up with a smile on my face every morning, just looking forward to my day in this lovely place. Would recommend it to anyway that wants a lovely experience with no hassels. Show up, Turn key, and Whalahh...you are definitely on vacation away from it all! Location, Location, LOCATION! Close to everything! White water rafting, riding horses, feeding the chipmnks (adorable, birds, and hummingbirds is a great pastime. Firepit makes for a family gathering. Indian reservation and trout pond right down the road! Brought 4 huge trout home and enough to feed 8 people with leftovers!(We brought them home for our fish fry). So many things to do and walk. I could have left my asthma meds at home - didn't need them! Home was clean/comfortable and even got my ironing done! Life is good!
August 3, 2009
Our family thoroughly enjoyed the cabin and it's amazing views. There are lots of sites to see and places to visit while in Maggie Valley, but nothing beat a relaxing morning and evening on the front porch. Thank you for such a wonderful week!

This was an excellent spot in which to "get away from it all." We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cabin. It's location, neatness, and over-all feel made our vacation something to remember. We really enjoyed the stay at the Bennett's place. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the cabin when we arrived. The location is great as well; it's off the beaten path but only 15 minutes to either Cherokee or Maggie Valley. We even enjoyed watching the clouds and snow roll in up the valley towards us. Plenty of reading material there to help reset yourself to the things that really matter in life. Thanks again :-)

What a wonderful cabin, very clean and cozy and convenient to area attractions. This place is a perfect getaway any time of the year. Our grandkids had a great time and didn't want to leave. To anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, cozy place to stay in the beautiful mountains of Maggie Valley and Cherokee, this is the place! The cabin is secluded with amazing views of the mountains. From the front porch you can hear a flowing creek below you. We went to find peace and quiet and enjoyed every minute. Maggie Valley is only a short drive away and has quaint shops and family restaurants with fantastic food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin and will definitely be making reservations for another stay. The fall colors were just breathtaking. We may reserve during the summer to escape the heat! Thank you for sharing your mountain paradise with us.

We've rented cabins in the Smokies before, but never in NC. Wow! In the future, we'll skip Gatlinburg and PF and go right to NC, Nantahala, etc. The road up to the cabin is a couple hundred yards off the Blu Ridge Parkway (a beautiful ride all the way in). We were so busy on our summer vacation, we usually got in after dark and left early morning. Next time we'll enjoy the sunrises and sets on the huge porch and back campfie area. We had everything we needed at the cabin. We wish we would have spent more time there. The rate was extremely attractive for in-season, and Robert was very gracious (we actually booked it after midnight the first day of our stay!). The southern side of the Smokies is the place to be. Our family suggests White watering the Nanatahala River, renting a pontoon for the day on Lake Fontana, Bryson City, the Jet Boat Ride just past Bryson..and of course, all of the normal hikes in the park (to the top of Chimney Tops...wooo-hoo, we made it!). Thanks Bob.

Our stay at this cabin was great. They didn't forget anything. There were even night lights for the kids. It was clean and comfortable. Practically new condition and very peaceful
July 20, 2008
We were looking for a mountain retreat with access to the hiking trails of the Great Smokey Mountains to enjoy with our son on leave from the Army before heading to South Korea for a year or two- we were very pleased. If the master bedroom had a queen-size bed, we would have rated this home as a 5-star experience. But everything else was so nice that we will certainly consider coming back again. We also appreciated the very warm and hospitable interactions that we had with both Bob and Glenda. Although we do not know them personally, we very much appreciate the sincerity with which they tried to ensure we had a great time. Finally, our security deposit was returned in a very timely fashion.

Anyone wanting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday should book this cabin retreat! A great place to relax and enjoy nature during the day as well as sit on the porch relaxing in the coolness of the evening/nights.

Thank you for sharing this little slice of heaven with us. Even though we were only there for four days it was just what we needed. The cool mountain air, the beautiful cabin, the gorgeous view. This was the most relaxing and rejuvenating vacation we have ever had. I can't explain what it does for your body and soul, to be on the porch in a rocking chair enjoying the view and watching the hummingbirds. For a little while you let go of all your worries and cares and just relax. We will definitely return, God willing.

Thanks for working with us to make our vacation happen. We had a really great time. The view was everything you said it would be. My 4-year-old saw his first hummingbirds! He did not want to go. My 13-year-old and I had a wonderful time riding all over on the ATVs. Even my parents enjoyed this activity! how awesome!! My wife really enjoyed lots of relaxing peace and quiet. The home was very clean and ready to use (the breakers were on and hot water was available!). Everything was great! Thanks!

A place where beauty is more than can be imagined. You can sit back in a rocking chair on the porch, drinking your morning coffee. From there you can see all the fall colors, and the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. The cabin itself makes you feel right at home. You have everything you need right there. It's really nice the way it's decorated,so cosy.I will be going back. The cabin is set in such a beautiful location, there is still so much to see.But just sitting in that rocking chair, looking across to the mountains,I believe was the most peaceful.I will go back,Brenda
Everything you said it was.

We enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch and watching the hummingbirds. Also, loved the ever changing mountain views! We visited water falls and enjoyed ride on the "Great Smoky Mountains Railroad". Thanks for sharing your cabin with us!

We have had a lovely time here at the cabin. The National Park was overwhelmingly beautiful, the elk such a treat. The children loved picking blackberries and looking for the hummingbirds. We all enjoyed playing games, laughing and roasting marshmallows or smores. (No TV!) It's truly a beautiful place.

Thank you for sharing this little piece of heaven with us. Your cabin is so cozy. We had a wonderful time. Being tucked away on the mountain, but close enough to everything the area has to offer. Our children enjoyed exploring around the cabin, picking blackberries, and roasting hot dogs and marshmallows. We made a blackberry cobbler! Going to see the Elk on Cataloochee, was the highlight of our trip. We hope to come back real soon.
L & W Rogers,
WE had a wonderful time staying in your cabin. The weather was great and the mountains were beautiful. My husband and I picked blackberries by the road and I made a pie. My motehr and mother in law enjoyed the view from the front porch. They said this was the best trip they had to the mountains. Thank you and God Bless.

I soon found out that the mountain air was naturally conditioned and we did not need fake air conditioning. My most favorite part of the trip was with the kids. I got to play with my four year old grandson and teach him about nature and it's miracles. I got to ride on the ATV's around the mountains with my thirteen year old grandson and regain a little of my youth back, if only for a little while. These are memories that I'll treasure until the good Lord takes me home! Thank you. I am so glad that my son and daughter-in-law asked us to join them. I am glad that I came!

What a wonderful visit we had in your peaceful cabin. It was so delightful to watch the hummingbirds and chipmunks make their daily visits. We were also treated to a late afternoon thunderstorm which was so relaxing. The soft rain was just the perfect backdrop for a good book and a little nap. Thanks for sharing these experiences and fantastic views. We loved every minute. Thanks again.

Dear Mr.and Mrs. Bennett,
We had a wonderful 2 days at the cabin last weekend, and thank you very much for helping make that possible. Our friend from Clemson University and my wife are like sisters (my wife is an only child) and I don't think they stopped talking for a minute except when sleeping! I enjoyed the quiet location and just doing some good R&R!
May you have a blessed Labor Day weekend!

What a wonderful time to stay at your cabin! It was in the 60's most of the time. The rhododendron were in full bloom and we saw many hummingbirds. We will come back again soon.

Bob and Glenda, I was really happy to be able to come up to your cabin. You can see how much more beautiful it is in person. The mountains are just as beautiful in the mornings as in the evenings. Wherever you go there are mountains! The wildlife is a special enjoyment. Your cabin has been beautifully made and decorated. You feel right at home.
Lots of love,

We enjoyed our stay here. The waterfall was a peaceful thing to hear. The rain was also wonderful. We went to J. Arthur's for supper and enjoyed the meal. I would love to come back and stay again.

We have had one of the best vacations of our lives. Temperatures from around 30 to 70 degrees. Most beautiful views ever and colors too beautiful to desribe. The cabin is also too lovely to describe. Had the most relaxing time of our lives and got to know each other better. No person can sit here and look and see and not believe in "God". We thank you with all our hearts.
