$1100 per week*

At 4700 feet elevation it's name speaks for itself--"Awesome View". Come sit on the porch and enjoy a 25 mile view of the Smokey Mountains.

"Awesome view" has two spacious bedrooms with one king and one queen bed. It has a large sleeping loft with 2 twin beds. Other amenities are: two baths, full kitchen, satellite dish, phone, and fireplace. The vaulted ceilings and high windows provide plenty of light with a great view.

Game tables in the loft let you have some fun and enjoy the view at the same time.

Linens and towels are provided. Just bring paper products and soap. Small pets under 25 pounds are allowed. No smoking.

NOTE: The last mile of the road to Awesome View is gravel. The first 1/3 of this road is steep and can be rough (bumpy not muddy) depending on recent weather. This access road is not suitable for trailers.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 60 days before your planned arrival, your payment will be refunded less a $30 administration fee. If you cancel with less than 60 days notice, AND the house is re-rented, your payment will be refunded minus the $30 administration fee.
# A $200 HOLDING deposit is required to hold the reservation for a weekly rental. The balance is due at least 20 days before arrival.
# All homes require a refundable $200 security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded within 45 days of departure.

There are many attractions in the Maggie Valley area. We are 35 miles west of Asheville, North Carolina, home of the Biltmore Estate. We are 40 miles from the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area and 15 miles from the Cherokee Indian Reservation. Whitewater rafting is available within a 45 minute drive and hiking and waterfalls are in your back yard.
