Only 1 mile to the Memphremagog Lake and a 12 to 30 minutes drive to the following ski areas : Owl ��S Head. Orford, Jay Peak, Sutton and Bromont.

Centrally located, you are only at 12 to 20 miles to places like Magog, Knowlton, North Hatley, some highly recommended tourist areas.
