This beautiful oceanfront, newly renovated, fully furnished, one bedroom condo is on the Top Floor--with a lanai, a/c, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, complete kitchen,and a large tiled bathroom.

The condo features one bedroom with queen size bed, a reclining convertible sofa (futon) in the living room, for your 3rd and 4th guests, cable TV/DVD and CD player. Beach chairs, towels and all linens are furnished.
There is a phone line for local calls and internet access.
Full laundry facilities on premises.
