Description of the Makaha vacation condo rental

Our Condo is on the 13th floor with Stunning Ocean and Valley wall views, nice kitchen with new appliances including microwave, large stove/oven, disposal.
Living and dining area have panoramic ocean and valley wall views. Tiled entry, kitchen, bathroom and dressing / den area, carpeting in living room and bedroom.
All furnishings are tastefully appointed. Queen size bed. The utilities, A/C, kitchenware, linens and towels, dishes included.
Makaha Valley Towers is a quiet, peaceful complex with beautifully landscaped grounds, pool, gas barbecue area, laundry rooms on each floor and 24 hour security.

TV/DVD with basic cable channels. 1 parking space, can manage another space with a secondary monthly fee of 30.00 per month. Condo near elevators and laundry sites on each floor.

- There is no pets and no smoking allowed.
- There is no telephone at the condo, please bring your cell phone.

We also have a corner end, nicely furnished Studio apartment located on the 11th floor. Available for 2+ weeks, monthly rentals. (Dec.25, 2009 through March 2010, currently booked.

Our home has spectacular views of 2 golf courses, the Waianae Coastline, the famous Makaha Beach and Mountain Range.
Located in the Makaha Valley Towers, in West Oahu ( 1 hour from Honolulu, 25 min to Kapolei), 1 hour from the North shore.

Makaha Beach is a 5 minute drive down the road, where sunning, swimming and sunsets can be a way of life.

This is West Oahu, Hawaiian country, where all the cares of town have a difficult time finding you.

Enjoy the beautiful morning clouds resting on the mountain ridges...the stars and moon raising in the glowing evening skies.....Nalani's here......

• Deposits: Security / Damage Deposit Required 350.00, refund of 250.00 after cleaning fee deducted, will be returned within 14 days after departure. Deposit is due within 7 days of confirming and accepting dates of stay. PLEASE NOTE: Stay minimum of 7 days. This includes ALL UTILITIES - central AC - No smoking or pets.
   
• Other Fees: 100.00 cleaning fee, to to deducted from the Security deposit when departing.

 Great stay and location to relax, June 1, 2009

My stay at the condo was comfortable and relaxing. The location is great as is the view. The amenities are superb with a great pool and bbq/picnic area. The staff was friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. The unit also had everything we needed and we felt like it was part of a home. Makaha beach is a very short distance down the road and had hardly any people which is what we wanted. There are several other great beaches with no crowds in the area also. Loved being in a place we felt was in the real Hawaii, not the commercial Waikiki.

We have stayed in many vacation condos all over the world and this on was on of the best ever. We loved the view and the peacocks and other wildlife. It was very well apointed and very cozy. Makaha Beach was a beutiful beach. Not as crouded as in Waikiki which is a plus. People we met down at the bbqs were all very friendly and it was nice to have dinner there.
