One of the prettiest units in the Hawaiian Princess, this Non-Smoking condo has everything you need to relax and enjoy paradise. Recently refurbished, this condo is top quality throughout. Bedroom has queen-size bed (new mattress 11/05), and there is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room.
Kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with everything you need (except food) for a quick breakfast or a romantic dinner on your private lanai. The view from the lanai is better than the view at most restaurants. This condo is fully-equipped with the comforts of home. Just bring your bathing suit and toothbrush!
Deposits and Cancellations: 50% deposit required within seven days of making the reservation. Balance due 30 days before arrival.
All cancellations are subject to a $50 administration charge. If cancelled 45 days or more before arrival, full refund, less $50 administration charge. If cancelled 44 days or less before arrival, no refund unless the unit is rebooked. We will attempt to rebook the unit. Check in is 3:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM.

The condo was very comfortable. The lanai is what we'll miss the most. The sound of ocean waves, watching 1 -2 turtles swim by every day. A couple of days we were able to enjoy seeing several whales playing in the distance. The only con to this location is that you have to drive a bit to get to any of the major sights. However, the pros of what our view was like, far out-weighed the inconvenience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The owners were spot-on when describing the lanai experience.

01/30/06 Positive We really loved the the condo especially being on the 13th floor with the incredible view of sunsets, whales, sea turtles, rainbows and of course the beach! We appreciated all the ammenities of the condo and especially the guide book of Oahu which we used as our bible as we toured around the island with our two teenagers who loved staying here as well. They enjoyed the tennis courts, ping pong and loved boogie boarding which we rented from the local surf shop. The local grocery stores had everything we needed for groceries and my husband enjoyed meeting others while BBQ'ing on the main floor. We felt very safe and secure in the building and enjoyed watching the local kids playing in the water in front of condo. Our only complaint was we didn't stay long enough 10 days was way too short! We would like to return to Hawaii again in the future and would definetly stay at Kim and Jim's condo again.

11/26/05 Positive My wife and I stayed here on the final leg of our honeymoon last year, and we loved it. The beach was uncrowded, and we even had good surf one day. We still use photo of a rainbow over the beach out front we took from the lanai as our computer desktop background - absolutely beautiful views. Good surf shop nearby; more of a local and less touristy vibe than other areas.

08/28/04 Positive Fabulous! We wanted a beautiful and quiet beach for our stay on O’ahu, and that’s exactly what we got! The condo is very nice, very comfortable and well furnished (it had everything!). But the beach was perfect - great for snorkeling, surfing swimming or just relaxing. Because the beach looks out to the west, we saw some great sunsets, too.
On our first day, we watched a school of dolphins for most of the morning. They’d troll lazily back and forth in our little bay looking for their breakfast. We saw big sea turtles almost every day.
The beach is more secluded than most, with lots of sand, a few palm trees - just about right. One of the better places to stay.

10/27/04 Positive My wife and I are Internet shoppers, we buy virtually everything off the Internet, and we prefer to do it as much as possible. But I have to tell you, we were a little nervous about paying 50% as a down and 50% before we got there "hoping everything was above board and was everything like Kim and Jim had said". We trusted them and we were glad we did. Well I am here to tell you, what we experienced was way beyond what they said and then some. We were pleasantly amazed at it all. The 1 bedroom condo was perfect, it was in great condition and we had all the comforts of home plus much much more. Be on the 13th floor and having a sliding door that opened on to the lanai that overlooked the Pacific ocean was one of the best spots in the whole condo. We sat out there in the morning eating fresh pineapple and coconut, drinking coffee and watching the sea turtles swim along the shore line. We even had bird visitors come to the lanai for their morning feeding. It was a cool thing. And then in the evening we experienced the most beautiful sunsets you can ever imagine sitting down into the Pacific ocean. We had a wonderful 10 day experience and when we go back to Hawaii again, we will want to stay there for sure. Lewis
