You should not confuse this unit type with the much smaller 24 or 25 sq m studio type units that are also sometimes offered for rental in the Joya building, as these other studio types do not have balconies or even any provision for sofa / armchairs or washer / dryer because the units are just so small!!

You would be renting direct from the owners of the unit and we are a very flexible and accommodating English / Filipina couple, who live in the same condo building and maintain the unit to the very highest standards.

This great value 23rd Floor apartment can be rented on a short or long-term basis - DAILY/ WEEKLY/ MONTHLY.

Our guests at Joya Lofts & Towers benefit from free use of 2 x Adult swimming pools, plus there is a seperate child pool.

The security is 24 hour and world class, both within the building and the Rockwell Center.

The longer you stay, the cheaper your nightly rate!

We operate a sliding scale of nightly charges that reduce depending on your length of stay:

1-2 nights PHP 3,900 / $95 per night
3-5 nights PHP 3,700 / $90 per night
6-9 nights PHP 3,500 / $85 per night
10+ nights PHP 3,300 / $80 per night
30+ nights PHP 3,100 / $75 per night

The rate includes electricity, water, HD Cable TV and high speed Wi-Fi internet.

A non-refundable holding deposit of $150 that is consumable against the rent is required to reserve the unit.

Booking is not confirmed until the holding deposit is received.

50% of the total rental is required 60 days prior to the check in date, and this is non-refundable in the event of a no show.

Balance of the rental plus $150 security deposit is required in cash on or before check in. The security deposit is refundable upon check out after inspection.

Wire the holding deposit direct to my Peso or USD account at ChinaBank in Manila, or use PayPal.

Max. occupancy is 2 adults. Children can be accommodated on an air bed, but at an extra charge of $15 per child per night.

Check In normally 3pm earliest, check out normally 10am latest. Early check in / late check out arrangements by negotiation and subject to availability.

Joya Lofts & Towers is just a few steps away from the high end Power Plant Mall, which features a superb selection of shops, restaurants and a 6 screen cinema. Ateneo Graduate School is within the Rockwell development and Makati Avenue, Ayala Avenue, Salcedo Village, Greenbelt, Glorietta and Bonifacio Global City are all within a short drive away.
