Description of the Makati vacation condo rental

In the city center of Makati, Fort Bonifacio or Greenhills, choose from our studio, 1 or 2/3 bedroom condos across or less than 10 minutes to major shopping malls like Glorietta, Greenbelt, Virra Mall, Tiangge, Shoppesville, brand new Promenade and Greenhills Shopping Centre.

2 of them with great unobstructed views of Wack-Wack Golf Course and most of the Metro Manila area.

Great amenities in most of the properties like swimming pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, some with a game room or play area.

Our Studio rates can go as low as $40./night for a full month rent or longer. Minimum stay requirement differ in every property.

VACATION RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Oswego Inc.-operated vacation rentals are much like having your own vacation home. They are fully furnished, well equipped with extra beddings, towels, cookware, dinnerware, initial cleaning and toiletry supply but no room service, no daily change of sheets and towels nor daily housekeeping provided.

These properties are self-service apartments and not part of any hotel operation. Housekeeping can be arranged for an extra charge of $8. to $12. or P500.

No additional furnishings, appliances or supplies, other than what is found in the apartment, will be provided.

Parking and laundry facilities are within the immediate area of most of our properties, if not in the property, itself.

Each property differ in minimum stay requirement. We make exceptions to shorter terms if we have open dates between bookings.

Extensions are based on availability only.

A maximum of 4 adults are allowed in most of our properties, at any time.

To confirm your reservations, a deposit through Paypal of $120. or P6000., whichever is greater is required, to be applied as security deposit for damages, no show, pre-termination of booking arrangements after arrival plus cost for lost business or unpaid bills for parking, laundry, excessive electrical use, long distance/other telephone charges, etc. Remaining balance, if any, will be refunded after move-out clearance has been completed.

Full payment of rent is required by move-in date or key/property turn over.

Vacation rental rates are inclusive of dues and utilities excluding additional telephone charges or excessive use of electricity.

"No-show", pre-termination of original booking arrangements after arrival or cancellations made within 21 days of arrival date will forfeit the refundable deposit plus cost for lost business. Cancellations made prior to 21 days of arrival date will be charged a $45. cancellation fee.

Refunds of deposits made through Paypal will also be processed through Paypal. Paypal fees do apply. Refunds are processed after move-out clearance has been completed.

No pets nor smoking permitted in the units. Extra $100. cleaning fee will be charged for this violation.

Booked guests will be held responsible for any of their companion/s or visitor/s actions for any untoward incidents, intentional or not, that may cause harm, injury, damage or loss to any property or any person/s affected.

These properties are for residential purposes only and shall not be diverted to other uses. Any person/persons hurt or property/properties damaged arising from the use of these properties, shall not hold the property owners, Oswego Inc. or its employees, any liability or responsibility for any loss, injuries or damages incurred.

Some of our properties have balconies/windows without grills. Pls. take the necessary precaution to keep yourself safe especially children. Keep away from window ledge or balcony area.

We are not associated with the hotel operations in the buildings where some of our condos are located. No staff on site is authorized to negotiate on our behalf. Walk to everywhere you need to be. Great selection of Restaurants or call in for food delivery.

my girlfiend and i stayed at the prince plaza 2 on 101 dela rosa street in makati. the building and apartment itself is clean and in very good condition with no bugs to speak of, except a few ants and a geko. which we thought was no big deal. the location is great, it's so close to all the best malls and places to eat in makati. and just a 15 minute walk to all the adult bars and clubs. taxi's and busses are so easy to get. the security guards and doormen are very nice and helpful. i would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in the city but not right in the red light district, very tasteful place, good for the family with kids of any age.

Pwerfect for the Singles maybe couples too! But definitely for the city folkd and not for rural types. Very urbane, quaint and sophisticated property--- location location location....If you like to shop and be located where people know the address! Prince Plaza II is for you! I would definitely stay here all the time! Every single item in the room is describe well except that it is not claustrophobic because of its, floor to ceiling windows! Open and spacious. Maybe can fir families of 4 since there is a divider! For the sophisticated and the very posh!
