Description of the Makati vacation condo rental

Joya lofts and Towers is a modern, unique and innovative concept consisting of two yin-yang shaped high-rise residential towers.
Joya is located at Rockwell Center in the hearth of Makati City. The unit is a one bedroom Fully furnished condo on 20th floor on the north tower.
Vacation Rental
Spacious 1 Bedroom condo 69 sq m or 742 square feet
I am offering my condo at Rockwell Joya N Tower 20th floor for rent.
Maximum of four occupants. Children included.

My rates are as follow:
$1500.00 per month and up stay or $50.00 per day or P2350.00 perday based on exchange rate at P47.00 per one dollar.
$1155.00 for 3 weeks stay or $55.00 per day
$840.00 for 2 weeks stay or $60.00 per day
$455.00 for 1 week minimum stay or $65.00 per day
$70.00 per day less than one week stay five to six days stay
$75.00 per day for 4 days and less. Minimum stay is three days.

My rate is the lowest for a one (1) bedroom not studio compared to other condo units at Rockwell.
Don't be mistaken for a one bedroom to a studio type unit.

I require a $200.00 security/reservation deposit to confirm your reservation.
Security deposit for more than two months rent is higher.
Method of payments: Whichever you prefer.
Wire transfer deposited to Owners bank account, Cash pick up through Western Union, Money Gram, Pay pal.
Personal Check and Money order accepted for US and Canadian residents only.
Security/Reservation deposit refunded upon checkout.
Full payment of your entire stay is required upon check in.
Or you may pay security deposit upon check in but your reservation is not guaranteed.

*# If you stay in the hotel the internet access is not free. You must have your own computer and pay from 400 to 600 pesos per day and that's a lot of pesos if your stay is longer.
In my unit you will have an unlimited access of internet and you do not need to bring your laptop. A printer is also provided. That's a lot of free extras that are not
available in the hotel. The computer is equipped with a webcam so if you are into instant messaging and would like a cam to cam messaging you are on the right place.
*#@ I also added a free long distance telephone calls to the US through Magic Jack. Tested and the line is clear (land line or cell phone connection). You don't have to bring your handset.
It is already installed. All you have to do is dial any number to the US and you can talk no matter how long. Sorry no local calls. You may use the phone in the lobby to call within the city.

Joya has three swimming pools in tropical landscape setting, garden and playground which provide a breathtaking view for the podium units.

The kitchen is equiped with all the kitchen utensils for your cooking needs including rice cooker, microwave oven, coffee maker pots and pans.
This is a condo not a hotel therefore, you are responsible for all the cleaning in the unit. Extra linens and towels are provided.

Where else can you find with all the extras at a price like this and you are in one of the high class area of Makati City.

If you are a golfer I have a golf club set Callaway Pro series X16 irons with R5 Taylor made driver, # 3 and 5 Callaway driver, #7 Adams driver.
You may rent it for 50 dollars a week plus 200 dollars for golf clubs security deposit. Bring your golf balls, gloves and golf shoes.
All security deposits will be refunded at end of your stay less cost of equipment damages. Playing golf in the Philippines is great.
There are five public golf courses in Metro Manila area and numerous private golf courses ( you need to be accompanied by a member to be able to play in one of the private golf courses).

I have a condo caretaker in the Philippines who will ensure your stay in my condo is a pleasant one.
When you make your reservation you will be dealing directly with the owner not an agent.
