Rockwell's Joya View Condo

Joya 2-BR/2-BA, 850-SF fully air conditioned condo with balcony and great views. There aren't many units at Rockwell with views like this condo, its intangible and beautiful attribute that you'll occasionally if not everyday find yourself in the balcony enjoying the view. The condo is well appointed and has a very nice layout, an arch curve linear corner unit located on the 31st floor of Joya South Tower that offers more than 200 degrees sweeping views of metro Manila skyline. One side has Makati skyline, Rockwell complex and Bel Air views and the other side has Pasig River, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Ortigas and San Juan Views. Condo is fully furnished and recently upgraded! It has two queen beds, fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, and microwave. However, the condo has no assigned parking, so, if parking is a must this unit may not be for you although parking can be arranged with Rockwell if needed for a minimal fee. Short Term Rental Rates in U.S. currency:

$ 110.00 / day4 weeks stay

$ 3,100.00/ month1-month lease

Rates inclusive of utilities, internet and cable. And there are no hidden fees!
Daily cleaning plus linen change can be arranged at P1000.00 per visit if needed.


Rates are per night. Check-in will commence at 3:00 pm and check-out will be no later than 12:00 noon. Early check-in before noon or late checkout up to 7:00 pm will be accommodated whenever possible. However, rate will change to a per calendar day basis.



THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR RATES WHEN AVAILABLE ARE PREMIUM

$ 160.00 per day, starting Thanksgiving week to 1st week of January.


RATE LOGIC: If one can afford a five star hotel room with 350-SF or less @ $250+/night or even a four star hotel @ $200+/night, surely, I shall opine one would rather have at a much lower rate a 2-BR/2-BA, 850-SF high end condo located in a very exclusive area with great views and offers excellent amenities as well as proximity to numerous amenities within the Rockwell complex better than any five star hotel can offer! The choice is yours, of course!!!


Short Term Rental Payments and Security Deposit Terms:

Requires $200.00 refundable deposit

Reservation is First Deposit First Serve!

Deposit must be received 2-weeks before arrival date or preferably EARLIER TO CONFIRM RESERVATION. Deposit in the form of personal check or money order for North America customers and major bank's note for others.

Deposit maybe applied to cover damages to unit and all appurtenances.Or it will be promptly refunded/returned 1-week after departure at the latest.

Full payments in U.S. currency or peso equivalent must be received at check in.

Cancellation if necessary must occur 6-weeks prior to arrival date or will result in loss deposit or rent whichever is smaller.
