We are pleased to write about our dream come true Casas de Soleil. We are a vacation property specializing in modern, comfortable and secure vacation homes in the Mal Pais/Playa Carmen beach area in the Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica. We can acommodate any size group up to 15 persons. All 4 houses share a swimming pool and terrace. Each house has its own private terraces also.
Located in the Mal Pais/Playa Carmen area of Costa Rica. We built the houses thinking about you, running hot water, A/C, safe deposit boxes,, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable amenities, crispy fresh linen's and much much more. We have a full-time staff to assist you on the cleaning of your house or whatever your needs maybe. Our houses are designed for you to have the ultimate time in Costa Rica. We have our own little private paradise, away from the road and only 3 minutes from the surf and the beach, a five minute walk to the supermarket, restaurants, a Saturday organic farmers market, shopping, bank, internet cafe's, surf schools, etc. Our area offers amazing activities for your family and friends from; snorkling at Cabo Blanco reefs, sportfishing(affordable too!), canopy tours, horseback rides, surfing and surf lesson (our beach in from is one of the best in Costa Rica for beginning surfers) and many other great activities. Nothing like returning from a good fishing trip to sear up some Yellowfin tuna at confort of your home away from home.

Great green areas, very safe for kids, very private, swimming pool,less than five minutes away from the beach, shopping mall, internet cafe, sushi restaurant's, coffe shop, liquor store, supermarket and the Bank. CDS has a good location and a superb staff!!
