Beautifully landscaped community, well-maintained property with outdoor pool, barbeques, tennis courts, saunas, spas and fitness center.

Professionally decorated with beautifully coordinated furnishings, accessories and art work, covered south-facing deck, fireplace in living room. Two color televisions, a stereo, and cd player are provided for your off-mountain relaxation and entertainment.

The official address is Summit Condominiums Huntington Building 3253 Meridian Blvd #94. The map shows the approximate location of the Huntington Building between Meridian and Holiday Vista. This is an excellent location at the top of the hill and near the ski lift.

Great location

Terrific location with a very short walk to lifts. Hot tub right outside building and underground parking are very nice too. Owner is great to work with. Have stayed in a lot of Mammoth condos, but we'll be back to H94.

Great value and good folks to deal with

Had a super visit in the eastern Sierra. A big part of it was dealing with getting accommodations at the Huntington building. The beauty of Mammoth Lakes is that it's at its most scenic when the prices are the lowest. Our accommodations were well equipped (thanks for the coffee maker filters which I forgot), supplied with linens and towels, and clean. The freshly baked cookies were a nice touch. All in all a very good value. I hope to return again next year.
