Description of the Mammoth Lakes vacation condo rental
3BD/3BA - Absolutely gorgeous! This corner unit is light, bright and airy with a huge big screen TV and a large sectional sleeper sofa. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a nice dinner. It even has a little cappuccino maker. The living room has lots of windows and looks out toward Lincoln Mountain and Canyon Lodge. The master has a 4 poster King bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen and the loft has two twins. Each bedroom has its own humidifier. This complex is just 300 yards from Canyon Lodge. There is a Swimming pool, an indoor and outdoor jacuzzi and showers for guests. This condo comfortably sleeps six, but can accommodate up to eight with kids.

Very nice condo, bad service from rental agency

This condo was very nice and lived up to the pictures on the website. We were happy with the accomodations until we visited the pool which was very dirty. We contacted the property pool cleaning service and was informed that the pool's pump had been broken since the beginning of Spring. I called EZ Mountain (condo rental agency) and informed them the pool was broken - they had no knowledge of this. My children were very disappointed that they could not swim for the week. EZ Mountain was very rude when I first called and later we were offered a refund of all our money if we could find another condo through another agency, but on such short notice we found nothing. They could not offer us any compensation. We ended up staying, but felt that there was something that should have been done. A friend who was also staying at this condo who booked through Mammoth Premiere was quickly moved to another complex due to the pool situation. I will never book through EZ Mountain rental again
