Deposits: A credit card deposit will be held umtil unit is checked upon departure. Excessive trash,dishes and any damage will be charged to your credit card on file. If a pet is brought into the unit or tobacco is used in the unit a $300 charge will be added to your Credit card. If the unit is not vacated by 10am, there is a $25.00 charge for return trip charge for the cleaning team plus $20 per hour past 10am. Any requested late checkout MUST be called in by 6pm the preceeding evening, NO GUARANTEE

Other Fees: A one time cleaning fee of $160 plus 13% tax includes all deluxe linens,fluffy towels,kitchen dish towels, paper towels,dishwasher detergent and dish soap. Also shampoo,conditioner and bar soap and toilet paper are provided. Departure clean is included in the cleaning fee as long as the unit is left in the same condition as when you arrived. Excessive trash left in unit, dishes left throughout the unit, rearranging furniture WILL include a additional charge. Firewood is also provided.

Underground parking for 3 cars (height restrictions), the free blue line shuttle stops at the complex driveway and there are numerous restaurants, shopping and nightspots within walking distance (15 minute walk). Also the complex has a snow play area(hiking in summer)and there are sleds supplied at the complex office.

Amazing Cabin!

The condo I stayed in, Crestview 52, was everything I had hoped for and more. Spacious, classy, well-furnished, and primely located, my colleagues and I truly had the time of our lives! I highly encourage anyone thinking of renting this property to do so!

Hello, My family had our first overnight trip to Mammoth and had the best time. The cabin was clean and well suited for a family. We enjoyed the movies, toys and set up of the condo. We are planning on returning to this condo if possible. The only set back is that there was no laundry or information on a close laundry mat. Thanks again for the wonderful cabin and hope to be back soon!

We have previously stayed across the street and needed a place that would be able to accomodate 11 of us. What a pleasant surprise we experienced walking into your beautiful condo. All of our needs were met. Enjoyed the big jacuzzi tub and the flat screen TV. The only issue we had was that it did get extremely warm upstairs. Other than that, we are anxious to stay here again!
