Description of the Mammoth Lakes vacation condo rental

1 bedroom /Loft/ 3 bath condo at Crestview. The owner has completely had this property redone. NEW, kitchen + cabinets,furniture and even granite in the kitchen. Crestview Condos have underground parking, wireless access, recreation room with separate laundry facilities, sauna, pool table and video games. And after a long day in the outdoors, the outdoor jacuzzi is waiting. Another plus is the back of the complex where there's a hilly area perfect for a hike or in the winter it becomes the snowplay and sledding spot, sleds are provided at the Managers office. .

Mammoth is waiting to show off all of its many awesome scenery. Whether you come to Mammoth to enjoy the world class skiing or boarding or just to escape to Mammoth to unwind. Everyone enjoys the fresh air and beautiful mountains and lakes and getting to Mammoth is easy. Just 6 hours from Los Angeles or a less than 1 hour from LAX on Horizon Air. The road to Mammoth is surrounded by breath taking views..from the high desert to the view of surrounding mountains, each section of road has sights to ponder and enjoy. Departing Bishop and heading up the mountain is a treat for all. No treacherous mountain driving but wide open roads with historic markers along the way. Arriving in Mammoth, you can enjoy the selection of restaurants and shops, hiking trails and even snowmobile trails for all to enjoy.
In the summer months, Yosemite is only 1 hour away. Spend your departure day going thru Yosemite and exit in the Frenso area and proceed home. Waterfalls in Yosemite are not to be missed and they will be always remembered.

Walk to the Village and behind Crestview Condos there is a hilly forest area perfect for a hike and in the winter a great snowplay area away from a road or cars. And at the Managers office, there are sleds for our guests.

• Deposits: At time of booking, 1/2 of the total reservation will be charged on your credit card. This credit card info is kept as a security deposit for any damages etc. If there are any issues where a charge would be added to your credit card, you would have been notified of any problems. If a reservation is made less than 30 days(holidays only) before arrival, then 100% of the total would be charged to the credit card.Regular reservations (non holiday) 1/2 of total is charged at time of reservation.
   
• Other Fees: Besides the 13% Transient Tax from the town of Mammoth Lakes, there is a one time cleaning fee of $125 added to the nightly rate and then tsx is added.

Two adults, two children...plenty of room. Centrally located between Gondola Village and Canyon Lodge. Top floor unit with nice kitchen. We enjoyed ourselves. A new TV would be better.

We had a wonderful time over the holiday weekend. The cabin had everything we needed and plenty of space for two small families to share. The manager of the complex was lovely and very helpful. With plenty of snow to play in we couldn't go wrong. The indoor parking garage below the units ended up to be a blessing with all the snowfall we received. Our cars were 30 degrees warmer by being inside. The price was excellent and the facility was warm and welcoming. Thanks
