Underground parking for 3 cars (height restrictions), the free blue line shuttle stops at the complex driveway and there are numerous restaurants, shopping and nightspots within walking distance (15 minute walk). • Deposits: A credit card deposit will be held umtil unit is checked upon departure. Excessive trash,dishes and any damage will be taken out of your credit card deposit. If a pet is brought into the unit or tobacco is used in the unit a $300 charge will be added to your Credit card. If the unit is not vacated by 10am, there is a $25.00 charge for return trip charge for the cleaning team plus $20 per hour past 10am. Any requested late checkout MUST be called in by 6pm the preceeding evening, NO GUARANTEES
   
• Other Fees: A one time cleaning fee of $160 includes all deluxe linens,fluffly towels,kitchen dish towels, paper towels,dishwasher detergent and dish soap. Also shampoo,conditioner and bar soap and toilet paper are provided.Firewood is also provided.
